So far so good. Made a great cup of coffee today. The small batch option is useful. Footprint on my counter is larger than my last coffe maker. It is a little fussy to use but has many good features including warming options and self cleaning.

I've had this coffee maker for a while and the coffee is horrible. I use the same grounds I've always used but they have no taste. I've tried everything I can think of but this pot just stinks.

Was a decent coffee maker; nothing crazy. Did like how you could set the "keep warm" time to a 15 minute minimum so as not to burn off the coffee. However, the display started going dim with some of the numbers missing. Then, today, a number of the buttons no longer work including the "Brew" button so now it's a throw away since the warranty is over. For $80 (now $100), not worth it. Not about to buy another Ninja product soon.

Bought this to replace a Percolator , Didn't Care for the plastic metallic taste that this coffee pot put out , After about 10 pots we took it back , Return was easy ! Bought another Percolator

Don't buy! In the process of starting a manufacturing warranty claim with Ninja. The clock time led pad is not showing us the time and is defective for the price of this unit I am certainly disappointed with the quality of Ninja and will not be purchasing any more products from Ninja moving forward

I highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking to upgrade or purchased a coffee maker for their home. My favorite feature is the option to set up the coffee maker to start brewing while you are getting ready for work. It's super easy to set up and it makes the perfect cup of coffee so you can just grab it and be on your way. Pros: -Ninja is known for its durability and quality, and this coffee maker checks the boxes. -No more paper filters -Easy to clean -Options to brew small amounts and big amounts Cons: -The size is a little big, but still looks good in the kitchen

Not my favorite purchase. removable tank leaks and coffee is just so so. Bought it during covid lock down or probably would have returned it.

Looks great in the kitchen - no more hiding the coffee pot after it's used! Very stylish and sleek looking. Very quiet brewing as well. Super easy to fill with the removable water container - no more filling the carafe, then emptying it into the coffee pot. Works great with the reusable filter but also allows you to us a paper filter if you prefer. The "stay warm" feature kept the coffee hot for a couple hours. Overall a great looking and performing coffee maker.

This unit is ready to go out of the box and the instructions are easy to follow. The reservoir holds twelve cups of water. Programming the timer is simple and coffee is ready anytime you desire. The unit is very high quality and the stainless steel finish looks good. The permanent coffee filter is easy to remove, clean and reuse. The Stay Warm feature keeps the coffee ready for hours. It has all the features needed in a good coffee maker, without adding unwanted complicated features.

Not convenient for small batch, finish beep sound too low,,overall i gave it a thumbs down

Once I adjusted the water level ratio to coffee scoop amount, I had a great cup of coffee. My Go To brewer has always been a Pod brewer for the speed and consistency of a well brewed cup, However, I found with this brewer and freshly ground coffee, The experience is so much better, I just have to have patience with the brewing time. Has Many great brewing choices and features. The carafe works very well. Clean up is easy. Very happy with this Brewer!

Didn't last 2 years before it failed. Only worked for 22 months.

Water would sprinkle out when in use. Returned for a different model.

First pot of coffee I brewed may have been the freshest best tasting cup of coffee I’ve ever had... I got this to replace my single serve plastic cup coffee maker which was ok, but never had the freshness that this coffee maker can brew. It’s super easy to use, has a reusable filter, super easy to clean. It has a timer to set a brew time and can brew as little or as much up to 12 cups as you want. Just add coffee and brew.

First thing I should specify is that this is your average pretty basic coffee maker with a few pluses. I will say that it makes a nice cup of coffee.. I like strong coffee, so I usually end up putting in more beans to make it stronger.. this adds some bitterness but i tend to make that sacrifice. The most impressive thing about this device is the 'rich' setting. That got the coffee to the strength i like without the extra beans or bitterness. Next, I like that it is simple to use. I had a different coffee maker before this one that whenever we had guests I had to run them through how to make themselves a cup of coffee if they got up early and wanted one. Not so with this one... pretty self explanatory. Also, I like that the measuring spoon has a home, those measuring devices would get lost after about 3 min from getting a new coffee pot. This one has has a nice little home... Not the biggest issue in the world but still nice. Lastly, I will bring up the reusable coffee filter, I've always felt a little guilty using pod to make coffee, this guy doesn't even need filters let alone pods... from a waste reduction standpoint this device is a much better alternative. The cons for this device can be explained away with the the fact that this is a basic coffee maker. There isn't a cup that you can brew straight into, though it does have the no drip setting so fill up your cup early isn't an issue; and the reservoir for water needs to be filled each time (my wife likes this as there isn't standing water anymore). One neutral comment that I have is that while the reservoir is detachable the coffee grinds still go in the top. For a minuite I though i wouldn't have to slide the coffee maker in and out from under the counter since I didn't need to poor water from the pot into the reservoir. But I quickly realized that the top doesn't open far enough to allow the filter out. Overall I think that this is a great basic coffee maker. Pros: -Makes a good cup of coffee -reusable filter -ability to stop the brew and poor yourself a cup of coffee -delayed brew setting -Nice looking -Easy to use -home for measuring spoon Cons: -reservoir needs to be filled each time and is based on the number of servings you want to make. -No cups designed to put the small batch straight into. If your looking for a basic coffee maker that makes a better than average cup of coffee I can easily recommend this.

My mother occasionally has coffee in the morning so i picked this up for ease of cleaning and filling removable water vessel. Used the coffee pot less than 15 times. Clock lights up but none of the buttons are working. Not acceptable.

Absolutely a must have to simplify coffee lovers day!! I set the timer for my coffee to brew in the morning during the time my kids are getting ready for school. Knowing I can select 2 different strengths, it's pretty easy to clean & comes with the scoop to measure the coffee per cup easily attached makes this a very convenient to use coffee maker.

Got my new coffee maker and was able to use it the same day. I love the fact it comes with a permanent filter. No more paper filters. easy to program for what ever your coffee needs are. the fact I no longer have to pull it out to add water and coffee grounds to it. Love the coffee pot lid that doesn't leak or spill like my older unit did
