I replaced my old Cuisinart with the Ninja- it was failing after 10 years of faithful service. The quality of coffee is excellent and the device is mostly well designed. The problem I found, noted in other reviews, is that if you try to pour coffee out of the carafe before it’s done brewing, you’ll be greeted with a “nice” shower of coffee pouring out of the nozzle. A hot mess and a dumb design flaw. If this is the intended design, the consumer should be informed in the instruction book. BTW, the biggest online vendor has closed reviews for this product.

The removable water tank makes filling the unit so easy with no spills. The included permanent coffee filter eradicates the need for paper filters. And the high adaptability to suit your tastes, such as small batch selector, classic or robust option, various clock settings and hot plate run length flexibility, and a nice, clean, classy appearance all combine to make this coffee maker a GREAT choice for all coffee fans. We LOVE ours!

I've tried many coffee makers in the past but , when i opened this box, i knew this was something special. I love the fact that the water reserve can be taken off to fill. Love that the timer to keep the marker on is 2 to 4 hours (some only have 2 hours). This keeps the coffee nice and hot. My wife and I both love it.

It takes up a lot less room than our previous coffee maker and we like the style. It's also very nice that you can choose from multiple amounts of coffee. I bought this for my husband, I don't drink coffee but he says it's delicious.

I love that it has the separate water fill I can fill it at my fridge. Setting time delay timer is so easy. It is very easy to keep clean. I highly recommend this pot.

Great coffee maker. Super fast efficient and tastes great. Stay hot for up to 4 hour timer very nice feature.

This Ninja 12 cup coffee marker is the best I've ever owned. The best part is the fact that you can detach the water reserve to fill at the sink.

Awesome coffee pot! We got it for Christmas and have used it everyday. It is easy to use and doesn’t leak!

Coffee pot is cheap and have broken 2. Cost to replace pot is as much as buying whole new machine.

The ability of removing the reservoir and fill is so convenient as well as the 2 type brew setting. Love it!

As another has reported I too have experienced the settings change when using delay brew. Set my machine to classic only (small batch off) and when machine starts it jumps right to small batch setting.. not a big deal but still.
