Looks good and does its job. I really like the fact that the water tank is on the side instead of the back -and is also removable-. Both of which make it easy to fill, especially if it lives under the cupboards. Steam escapes from vents at the front of the machine over the grounds basket, not the back of the machine; so again good for it living partially under the kitchen cabinets. Thought was given to ease of removal of all the parts you need to regularly clean. Coffee comes out HOT! For me at least, it needs a min to cool down before sipping.

I have been using this coffee maker for about a month and so far it has been wonderful. I really like the water reservoir is filled separately and so you don't have to pour water in a small opening. I use the delay brew almost daily and it is easy to program and adjust. It makes good coffee (but I am not a snob) and so far I really have enjoyed this purchase.

I have always used in electric percolator, but over the years they’ve become cheaply made and they tend to burn out very quickly when my most recent one stopped heating up I did a little research on Best Buy of coffee machines and noticed the ninja had really good reviews and it was on sale so I thought I would give it a try I have to admit the coffee is piping hot, Taste fresh it is a breeze to Phil. Love love love my ninja coffee maker and would buy it again if I had to

We've been through a lot of coffee makers in the last two years; trying to make the perfect tasting brew and read many reviews. We've owned other Ninja appliances, but because of the ratings we did not want to take a chance on the Ninja Coffee Maker. During quarantine we were forced to make our own coffee & went with a product we knew best, Ninja. Not sure what went wrong in the other reviews/ purchases, as we found this coffee maker to be the best one ever! The WOW factors alone in making the best tasting cup of coffee using the easiest methods surprised us - right out of the box. In addition to the fresh smell of coffee waking us up in the morning, the clean up was just as easy. A little backstory, at "SB's" we spent about $84/wk, $336/mo, & $4,032/yr for a non-refillable cup of coffee, unbelievable when you think about it in those terms!! During this period of stay at home, Best Buy made the purchase so simple with delivery the next day. Also, we read that some individuals were not able to find replacement parts, Ninja sells replacement parts on their site. We also stained are carafe, Ninja told me to soak the carafe in hot soapy water with 3 tablespoons of salt, then wash well, our carafe is clear again. Never again will we overspend for a hot cup of coffee, wait in an incredibly long line, or look for quick parking again! Thank you Best Buy & Ninja!

Easy to use. Good quality. Its nice having a separate water reservoir that can be removed to fill up.

I am enjoying my Ninja 12 Cup coffee maker very much. It is as convenient as the K cups without the price and if you are planet conscious there are no little cups to pollute the environment. I can get 90 servings of coffee for under $6.00 (small can of coffee) and all I have to do is set up the night before, push the button in the morning and enjoy my coffee, the way I like it.

I’ve purchased way too many coffee makers; I absolutely could not find a coffee maker that I liked. From cheaper to more expensive models/brands, this simple NINJA coffee maker brews my coffee the way I like it without any complicated nonsense. Options for small batch brew, bold, keep warm, cone-filter, etc. This will be the first coffee maker that I won’t return.

It is more than I expected from this coffee machine, easy to use and quick fresh coffee.

In my opinion, and coffee is my drink of choice, this coffee maker is the best I have ever bought. It is well designed & makes great coffee. The one criticism that I have is that my last Ninja coffee maker lasted about 14 months then just stopped brewing. I hope that was an anomaly. That aside, you just cannot beat the design, bells, whistles & great tasting coffee.

This is a great coffee maker. I would recommend it to anyone.

Makes great coffee. I drink Cafe Bustelo. The espresso grind is a little too fine for the metal filter so I line the metal filter with a cone filter. Coffee is very hot and tastes great. I’m single so I only make small batches. Easy clean up too! I’ve used a keurig for many years and just got tired of k-cups. I drink too much coffee and blew through boxes of those things.

I love this coffee machine. You can preset the timer to make your coffee so it’s ready in the morning.

I read the reviews which were all very good. This coffee maker is great. The water reservoir is easy on, easy off, easy to fill and holds up to 12 cups. Purchased a seperate grinder which I grind the night before, fill the easy access chamber and set the timer for the morning. Coffee pot does not drip, easy pour no spills. Coffee is fresh tasting and hot...perfect to start the morning.
