Works well and easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone that needs an air Fryer.

This was the second Ninja Air Fryer purchased within 3 months for a family member. Each has responded with positive reviews in regard to the cook time, favor of foods and the quick and easy clean-up of this fryer. As we go to the gym to workout and become healthy, we wish to do the same thing with our food by using less oil and taking the guess work out of prep and cook time. As the first one was bought for a family of five, it was perfect for that family. The second one I purchased for my home and it is also perfect for our family of two. It is nice not to have to waste excessive oil by storing or disposing of it. Just a little spray on the foods and/or on the bottom of the fryer is all that needed for fried chicken (small pieces), french fries (frozen ones), or fresh veggies ( sliced or cubed).

So I had issues with another brand air fryer two times in a row, that was sold as the Deal of the Day. They both broke. I had done an exchange and the exchange broke in the same exact manner! Was really terrible, because I used a $50 "promotional" reward certificate from their credit card (that was listed as a reward certificate, and didn't mention anything about being one-time use like the birthday reward certificate does), and they didn't refund it. The Ninja Air Fryer is working great!! I have used it several times now, but, the cooking times listed in the recipe book are too long. The instructions say to check on the food, and I did it halfway through and noticed things were cooking far faster than recommended. I bought it mostly for french fries. Fries take me 12 to 15 minutes depending on how big they are. And I use 1/2 a teaspoon of oil, but I am only cooking enough to layer the crisper tray once. It's about two medium potatoes. Am very happy with the product! I hope I got a good one that lasts for years. I rate the value category at 4 stars because other brands are less expensive. But everything else is 5 stars, so in total, 5 stars it is.

Great product. First time buying an air fryer. This unit is fairly easy to use. Cleaning is simple enough with the exception of the heating element. I accidentally put in some light chips and it flew on to the heating element and burned. Couple of other improvements to make it 5stars: need a preheat button as it can get a bit annoying trying to set it for 3min. 2nd thing would a reminder bell or function to shake the basket for even crispness. Other than those; the unit works as described and my fried foods have never tasted better. Leftover fried food can taste better and frozen foods from the market have a much better texture when cooked in an air fryer than oven. The Cooking basket on this unit is larger than expected for a family of 3. What a find! Glad I bought this instead of a cheaper unit.

Loved it so much that i bought another one to gift it

Ever since I got this air fryer, my family got to enjoy a lot more crispy and juicy meat! Cleaning is super easy because you can just soak the tray in hot water for awhile before using soap to wash it. The only con to this is it is a bit loud. I never have a problem with it but my mom is sensitive to the noise and wouldn't be near it when it's on.

After using this for several months, I'd feel I can give a good, valid review. I investigated may brands, sizes and styles of air fryers before deciding on this one. It was the best choice! Works great and the food really does come out with that "fried" flavor without th mess of deep frying. Easy clean up, too. A little noisy while running but that is minimal to me. I am pleased with this product.

Makes cooking small things much quicker and faster

Love it!!! Best chicken ive ever made and super easy. Beats cleaning up oven stuff too! And uses less energy. English muffins toasted in 5 minutes for breakfast! Perfect kale chips too. And perfect crispy BRUSSELS! So hard to get them crispy in the oven with burning them!! Best ~50 bucks ive ever spent on an appliance!!

Easy to use, quiet, and gets the job done..........

Does everything it claims to do. Great for a meal for a small family. If you have a large crowd of hungry people it would be best to go to the oven or big grill. Some of the juiciest steaks, chicken, and fish I have had in a long time. This has so many features, we would probably need several months to get through them all.

We heard a lot about this air fryer and now we know why everyone has told us how good this works. We have cooked wings, shrimp, crab wontons, egg rolls to perfection! And it is certainly not my cooking skills but the Ninja that works perfectly. It is easy and quick and doesn’t smelling up the kitchen like cooking grease. We may to update to a larger unit.
