I really like it but I wish I would have bought a bigger one!!

Loved it at first. Insanely difficult to clean though. The non stick coating has come off after a few uses and it’s impossible to clean like new again.

Small but sturdy design. Perfect for smaller Meals.

Could use a recipe book with it and directions. Just looked on line though.

Good for the price, well built. Need to get timing down on items such as meat.

I love my air fryer, but wish I'd gotten a bigger one

1500w takes a little more time to cook than I expected

I was a little bit concerned about all of the recent hype when it came to air fryers. I assumed this would be another gimmick purchase that after all the newness wore off would just be another failed appliance collecting dust in the back of the pantry. I was wrong. The only negative to this thing is the counter space it now takes up because we use it nearly every day. To be quite honest we have not used every feature on it (it has warmer and dehydrating features on it as well),but the standard air frying feature has been used constantly since day one. The simplistic design from use to cleanup makes it and easy every day appliance. Just set the time and temp. Let it preheat for three minutes and you’re ready to go. Clean up is a breeze with its non-stick surface. We’ve cooked chicken nuggets, tater tots, fish sticks, and pizza bites just to name a few. Every one has come out better and quicker than cooking in a standard oven. Another positive is that unlike a standard oven the air fryer does not heat up the entire house. I have always been impressed by Ninja products and this item was not an exception. It did not disappoint!

Not exactly impressed puts out a lot of heat from the back anything close will melt. The food doesn’t taste that great

had for 5months...used it about once a week MAYBE 2times a week if that...only used it to heat up grandsons chicken nuggets and fries...well a week ago to my surprised after turning it on and checking it, it was ice cold ! cold air was blowing thru it...tried again a couple of times over the next few days..same cold air...so I would not recommend this product...now I have to research and read reviews to find a airfryer that will work more than the 5months I had this one...

Ringing in the new year with other options for cooking food.

The Ninja Air Fryer is a great air fryer. It is a 4qt air fryer that can cook up to 2lbs of food. I love the look of the air fryer and it is super easy to program. It comes with a cookbook and a wire rack. So far I have tried cooking fries and they have come out looking golden brown and crispy. I’ve also tried cooking chicken and that came out delicious as well. You can set it and forget it. There are plenty more recipes that I am excited to try with the different settings.

Too big for my space. Plus cord is extremely short. Tried cooking french fries, but they didn't get crispy. Other food (chicken, burgers) came out too dry.

At least for me, the holy grail of cooking is to have fried food that isn't boiled in grease and oil. Enter the air fryer! Amazingly, the air fryer easily competes with traditional fry cooking. Case in point, I started with a batch of french fries. These were the frozen pre-seasoned curly ones. Following the instructions I ended up with fries that were very crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. They reminded me of a couple fast food restaurants fries. Win! Second I tried chicken wings. I used my favorite seasoning (Cajun) which I added and put into the air fryer. Again, I followed the suggested cooking times flipping them half way through adding an extra minute because I wanted them to be crispy. When they were done they were probably the best wings I had ever made! Seasoning was great! Outsides were crispy and the insides were perfect! I have also done vegetables, pork chops and steaks and all have been amazing. Clean up is easy just be careful to let it cool a bit before you grab the inside basket. I did add a light coat of butter to the vegetables for flavor and they were amazing. Not only am I not eating out as much I'm eating healthier!

Did well based-limited usage,needs better examples

It's an air fryer. Everyone was raving about them, so decided to buy one for myself for Christmas and see what it was all about. This air fryer seems well made, and controls are basic and intuitive. The cooking area is bit small, can't cook a whole lot, barely enough for two people usually. So far I'm not impressed with the quality of the cooking either. Maybe I'm just not cooking right, but everything seems overcooked and tough all the time. I've dropped temperatures down and reduced cook time and still not very good.

This unit has great reviews but if you have a problem "buyer beware" they charge you $19.95 for shipping of any part. The warranty is tricky because it says it is warranted for a year but after 30 days you pay the shipping fee and that is a steep one. I won't buy anything from Shark or Ninja again. The Ninja got me!

I was disappointed with the cooking time. Not much different than cooking in the oven. And everything seems to dry out.
