I was on the fence about buying one of these but once I got a chance to try it, I can honestly say totally worth every penny. Its very simple to use and clean by hand with no oil greasy mess like you get with a deep fryer. So far I've made french fries, hot dogs, chicken, all were really good. The chicken got a little dry but I think I just overcooked it. I find the suggested cook times in the manual a bit much for the portions I make for myself so keep that in mind. The controls are very easy and simple to use. I find myself looking for different things to make in this thing, it literally is a game changer for my kitchen. The foods come out nice and crispy evenly cooked on all sides and did I mention the lack of oil grease and messy clean up? Buy it, you need it if your husband or wife tries to talk you out of it, you don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

It’s ok was expecting to be faster but does it’s job. The tray is just small

when working I liked it but after 2 uses it turns on an I select temp and time and it runs 2 sec and beeps and shuts off, if I go thru this procedure several times sometimes it will work so now I have to return it just a pain in the you know what

still trying to get use to air frying different foods. Sometimes even with instructions, food seems to be overcooked. Instruction too vague.

I really enjoy using this fryer! At first, I was pretty skeptical that food I wanted to fry would taste just as good "fried" this way. But if you're looking for a healthier alternative to fried foods, seriously, this would work SO well. I haven't owned or used this product enough to really speak in reference to it's long term quality or reliability but let's just say so far so good (knock on wood). I guess the capacity of this fryer could be a problem being that it's only 4 quarts if you have a larger family you're preparing food for. But for my boyfriend and I, it's been the perfect size. I know there are larger options out there for air fryers too so at least you aren't limited if you'd like a larger one. Clean up is super easy on this as well. Most of the food I've made was ready in about 15 minutes and I usually don't check on it until the timer goes off. - Very convenient - No mess with oil - Easy to clean - 4 qt. is perfect for smaller portions or couples - Stores easily - Much healthier :)

Only used it a couple times and food was okay so the for now the jury is still out on this one.

Maybe I should not have bought it because I do not eat meat, but everybody is quite happy with it, but not me.

Easy use not very big with capacity. Does not allow food to stack up. Make sure to only use one layer of food.

Is good product, for small portions, if you try to fill up, burns everything.

Works well but does not fit many chicken wings since you can only pit them in a single layer

I was excited to try this and when we were testing our first batch of french fries, we had to shake the fries and the handle came off! So we received a defective product on top of that the consistency in the food was not there. Some fries were over cooked and some under. Just really disappointed..

Seems to work well, but now that we use it regularly, I wish it were a little larger in the cooking container.

I think a few others mentioned on here, but had a plastic taste. I tried using a few times, but no avail. So I ended up returning.

I have to admit that I like this new tool more than I thought that I would. I picked it up because I have gotten to the stage of my life when I can't tolerate fried foods like I used to. In that, this (and I suspect all air fryers) is a disappointment. You don't get the same fried texture. The thing is, the convenience, the speed, and the versatility make up for it. In fact, if the word "fryer" wasn't part of its name, I might very well given this 5 stars. The "fryer" is super easy to operate and cooks things quite quickly. It is also flexible enough to be able to dry fruits and vegetables (which I love) for snacking. Cleanup is also very fast. Now that I'm more used to the way that it cooks, the one drawback it still has is finding space for it in my small kitchen. I would recommend this to a friend with the comment that "Fryer" isn't very accurate, but that the gadget does work very well.

Same as above. Larger and more accessories to cook items at one time

It’s kinda small for preparing a meal for more than one person.

Returned. Loud and slow with smell but not as tasty as deep fry.
