Came without a rack that was advertised. Best Buy’s solution was to return it back, and my nearest Best Buy is an hour away. Contacted Ninja directly and they were trying to brush me off saying that it doesn’t come with a rack and I should contact Best Buy for it. Anyway, I got my rack after proving Ninja that it comes with it, so be aware. Other than that, the air fryer itself is great. We love it.

Bought this with the idea of frying food without the oil. Works great!! Have made bacon, fries, chicken wings (plain and flavored), fish filets and pork chops. All except the flavored chicken wings came out great. Times listed in the supplied guide seem a little long. I would recommend trying a few minutes less and keep checking them during cooking. Make sure to pre-heat 1st. Great way to fry foods without the oil. Would recommend. Have not tried the roasting or dehydrating method yet but I am sure they will work fine. We have several other Ninja products and they work great.

Cooks food perfectly even. Easy to clean and coated well so no rust. Perfect size to cook whatever you want. No more greasy food for me.

This is the second Ninja air fryer I’ve purchased. First one for personal use and this most recent one for my grandparents. We bought a cheaper, Insignia brand one for my mother-in-law and was sorely disappointed and felt the extra cost for the Ninja unit was more than justified in improved performance. Pros - Consistent heating, pre-heats quickly, good size for most 1/2 person quantities. Cons - Factory “non-stick” removable tray is textured in a way that makes cleaning a PitA.

Best airfryer ever. Use it for everything, and everything comes out perfectly. Made a medium rare steak and it was perfect.

Reluctant to buy another small appliance for our kitchen (where do we put them all?!), I can easily say this was an awesome purchase! It's very easy to use! Buttons are minimal and clearly labeled. We've only tried the air fryer option so far, so I'm really curious to try dehydrating some fruit! We've made breaded shrimp and fish and they come out much crispier than they would in an oven (sometimes in an over, it's a little soggy on the bottom). I love that I don't have to turn the oven on either! Overall, awesome purchase!
