Have not tried uncooked foods yet. Digital temp and timer are a huge help. Cleanup is easy. If cooking for two, get a bigger one. About the size of a large coffee maker on the counter.

A Kitchen Appliance You'll Use Every Day

The first time we tried it on some frozen shrimp and were amazed at how crispy it came out in only 6 minutes! Not to mention roasting vegetables, hot dogs, and some of the tastiest hassle-free wings that didn't come from a restaurant. Haven't given the dehydrator a swing yet, but it's great to know we have one if we need it in the same machine! This really is a versatile and convenient device. Trust the NInja!
