AMAZING
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love how easy it is to set up. The only con i can think of is the amount of water it uses once you start it up. However, the convienence of simply tapping the drink you’d like is by far the best thing. Also, the drink quality is still top notch!

An at Home Automated Espresso Experience
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Ninja AutoBarista Pro is one of those luxury items in life where as an adult I was as excited as a child in a candy shop for it to arrive. This is a quality of life (depending on person) upgrade to expresso based drinks, that leaves my previous Luxe in the dust. I would start this off by saying - this is not for everyone. This experience avoids having to weigh the ground espresso or tamp the espresso within the filter/holder. This takes away from the brewing aspect, which will take away from the overall presentation for some - if that is you, I assume the AutoBarista is not for you. Otherwise, if you're like me and enjoy making/having espresso at home but hate the logistics of the brew, this is a key instrument for your kitchen. From unboxing to plugging in the AutoBarista was about 10-minutes. There are multiple pieces of tape scattered throughout to hold the components in place during shipping. There is also a filter on the water reservoir which requires about a 5-minute soak. I would definitely recommend to rinse for about 1-minute after, as there was some carbon runoff from the filter at first. There is also an important step - to check for water hardness, which comes with the necessary strip. There is an easy to follow quick set up book that does have pages to go through, but is relatively simple and explains various aspects. With the first use of a bean in a hopper (there are two hoppers available), there is a setting to calibrate the machine - this took about 10-minutes total. Once this was done, the brew process ready. The initial brew came out nicely, I did end up adjusting strength for myself but the espresso was quick/easy to make. One of my favorite aspects to this machine is that you place whole beans and out comes espresso based drink with the touch of a button. There is a stainless steel burr grinder - great option in my opinion. Having the process automated has resulted in consistency - which has allowed for easy fine tuning of the drink itself - not worry about the espresso portion. The other delightful aspect of this machine is the frothing, which has integrated whisking/steaming to create a wonderful foam according to the used medium (hot/cold, dairy/plant). Within the machine allows for the preset of a profile, that will remember favorites - this has been helpful for me versus my wife as we do enjoy different brews. I have used the espresso setting the most, which is simple but consistent - as this is my preferred drink. The cold-brew also which has been enjoyable. My wife on the other hand is using multiple options including the cold-pressed, over ice, cortado, latte and iced latte. She has not complained yet (then again, she never wanted to do the manual espresso option so this in itself is elite for her). My friend loves a americano and he was not disappointed either. Overall, this AutoBarista is performing well. The actual control panel is probably my largest critique, in that some is touch screen while others are buttons. It just feels weird to me that on a luxury barista machine is it not completely touch screen - but then again, cars do this too. Then comes the clean up. There is an auto rinse cycle, which keeps the every day going but there is some maintenance involved. Considering the ease of use, needing to maintain a clean environment makes sense - there is a chart provided that has a cleaning schedule and there are prompts available, so not too much fuss overall and in my opinion is much nicer than cleaning every use. All-in-all, the Ninja AutoBarista Pro has impressed me - and won it's spot on our kitchen countertop. The overall profile is thin for what is included but between water/cleaning does need access to both sides. Considering the ease of use I am impressed with the capabilities that are provided and plan for continued use for the foreseeable future. Ninja does it again.

Big, Loud, but Excellence Automatic Barista coffee
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new Ninja AuroBarista Pro—it does exactly what I was hoping it would do. This machine is really meant for people who want an automatic experience. You get some control over temperature and aroma, but not the fine-tuning you’d have with a manual setup. For me, that’s perfectly fine. Setup was easy. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions on my phone. This is my third automatic coffee machine, so I’m familiar with how they work, and this one felt very similar to my last. If you’ve used one before, you’ll have no issues. If not, it’s still simple as long as you follow the directions. I love the preset drink options—there are around 13. It also makes drinks better than my last machine. I’m using the same beans and can definitely tell a difference in taste. I’d say the Ninja is superior here. For example, it knows an Americano isn’t just water pushed through an espresso puck—it pulls a proper shot after adding hot water. Small detail, but it makes a difference. I know some people complain about the automatic frother, but it’s been flawless for me. I mostly use soy milk, so I can’t speak to other types, but it does a great job with soy. The grind is excellent and very consistent—I can tell just by looking at the used pucks. I also like that it doses by weight instead of grind time. That gives much more consistent results compared to my last machine, which was timer-based. The dual hoppers are another big plus—you can store two types of beans and switch easily without dumping anything out. You can also use ground coffee through the manual chute, which adds flexibility. There are a few downsides. First, it’s big—you’ll need some serious counter space. The built-in grinder and frother add a lot of bulk. My previous machine did similar things and was about 20% smaller. While this one feels higher quality, I don’t love the size. It also uses a lot of water for rinse cycles. My last machine did the same thing—it’s just part of owning one of these—but it still gets annoying. You’ll be emptying the drip tray often and refilling the water every couple of days. And it’s loud—especially the steamer. My wife compared it to the neighbors mowing the lawn at 6am… which is fair. I try not to use the frother when people are still sleeping. None of these are deal breakers, but they do keep me from giving it five stars. I’d like it to be a bit smaller, quieter, and more efficient with water. That said, the coffee quality is fantastic—as long as you know you’re signing up for a fully automated experience. I really do love it.

Great for casual drinkers and aficionados alike
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is what I like about Ninja. They just know how to make things better compared to everyone else. Not that other products are not any better. Ninja just happens to look at what’s currently out there and improves upon them. This coffee machine is no exception from this Ninja philosophy. Hmm, it just occurred to me, perhaps that’s why they are called Ninja—they Ninja what’s good and make it their own! DESIGN and SIZE Anyway, the overall design of the Autobarista Pro is beautiful and compact while it places some important and improved components within this compact size. It fits in a very compact space in my counter, with 2mm clearance from my cupboards. Even with the bigger hoppers, it still fits in that spot where I used to have a really compact automated coffee machine, (though I need to slide out the whole machine to replace or refill the hopper). The design overall is elegant. If you don’t know Ninja, you might even mistake it for some really high end under the radar brands. The screen has some retro appeal to it (pixel fonts) while the buttons are great—responsive switches, quality feedback on presses, tight gaps (to avoid dust or other kitchen particles from coming into these gaps. The hopper can be easily placed in and out and you can have multiple to switch between coffee beans. The ground coffee hole is (thank you Ninja), large enough so it does not spill out of the whole as I pour in it. It also comes with its own ground coffee scoop that nicely sits in the pouring bay. The frother is incorporated into the machine (vs. some other compact ones that make it detachable) yet still keeps its compact form. The water reservoir is pretty big— which I am estimating is perfect for a good household of 6 coffee drinkers for one morning (we only have 3 drinkers and it is more than ample). The texture of the surface will catch dust like any other, but is not obvious. It is nice to the touch but I know this surface, like the drip tray, will catch marks because we have hard water at home. All components are made of good quality. Covers, snap tightly, trays, and moving components are firm in place but slide easily—even the cleaning side hatch has tools included inside for machine maintenance. COFFEE PREP Learning coffee prep is manageable. It has some learning curve but it is not complicated. Like any other machine, it will take some time to adjust to what 3 beans mean, for example and how much flavor it contains vs. water ratios. I tinker a lot with these settings because I want to understand how frothy my lattes should be or what grinder level should my partially bitter americano should taste like. What I like about it is, the hopper grinds precisely—it’s like it measures the beans it grinds per round. And after all that is done, I can save my specific user settings on my profile. It does allow for 2 users, and luckily, out of the 3 coffee drinkers, I am the only one in the house who is very particular with my portions—the other two do not even need profile tweaks for themselves even though they can use the second profile. The number of options are easy to understrand too—cold brew, drip, ground or fresh beans, mostly within a button or two. Milk frothing is great too. Warms up my milk at decent speed with the ability to stir—something detachable frothers do not do. If you will allow me, as I know coffee produced is subjective, the taste of the coffee is pretty superb. The machine actually translates setting expectations. Rich is rich, thick is thick, hot is hot—all of which can be fixed in settings, and quite translates to what you tell it to, whether you are a regular coffee one-press person, or a temp-grind-volume-boldness person like me. CLEANING Cleaning is as good as wipe and go. It has the usual purges so it’s all about sliding out waste. I have yet to see if my hard water will make bad marks on the drip tray. Clearing out beans is very convenient as the pucks are so solid and densely compacted. There is no milk storage to clean because it only has a wand that only requires a damp cloth to clean. In summary, it is a very superb coffee machine. It is not just a maker, it is a machine. The quality of everything, from build to coffee made is beyond my expectations. Anyone looking for a new coffee machine should consider this. You will be happy.

A must buy!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel like ninja just continue to innovate when it comes to their espresso machine. I’ve tested the previous espresso machine before that my buddy got and I thought it was good. I believe he bought the ninja Lux café but now I have the Ninja auto barista pro and so far this thing has impressed me. this machine has some features that I’ve never seen before on any other espresso machines that I previously owned. so I was very excited to use this ninja auto barista. DEVICE/UNBOXING Unboxing the ninja auto barista pro is fairly straightforward. It comes with the comes with a cup for the froth or inside the box. It also comes with two changeable hoppers, which I have never seen before and I am very happy to see that this machine offered for you to change the hopper because you’re gonna have a decaf beans and a regular beans because from the past couple years which what I struggle with is when my wife wants a decaf coffee but Im forced to empty the beans first before I can make a decaf brew. When unboxing this machine, just make sure that you’ve emptied everything and that you’re not forgetting anything inside the box. inside the box, you pretty much get some kind of booklet that which one I love it comes with pictures about the machine and it shows you like step-by-step on how to install certain parts of the machine itself, but you can also do the QR code for a step-by-step process to start the coffee machine hopper. The filter that comes in the box is a fairly standard filter that you can buy an Amazon so that’s an easy fix in case it’s time for you to update the filter the next couple months. On the way inside. The water tank of the auto barista I thought it was thought it was good. also, the best part about auto barista pro you can also brew a ground coffee instead if you want to you even get a little spoon, built-in the device itself. turning on the ninja auto barista Pro is one of my favorite thing because they also added an images of different type of coffee that you can make with this machine so I thought that was really nice. The machine also comes with a progression bar or a progression light when you use the machine and you get this OLED tax on the upper left, which I thought the text was kinda a bit big. The whole machine has some great weight. I mean he has the stainless steel mixed with plastic and the design. I thought the ninja pulled it through with great design for this coffee machine. This ninja auto pro also offer a different height for your cup. I thought the steam wand is also a great size. I’ve seen different coffee machine with smaller wand, the one that came with this machine, I would say the size is great not too small not too big, but it was definitely better than my previous machine. EXPERIENCE Having this auto barista pro in my house this coffee machine feels premium. I love the clean appearance of this coffee machine this machine also offer 13 customization drink options. I loved how there’s also a button where you can change the dairy type and I like the little handle on the milk froth or which again is something new for me. Making coffee on this ninja auto barista has been pretty easy. The quality of the beans and the quality of the coffee once has been extracted is way better than my previous coffee machine. I’ve been drinking a lot of drip coffee and that’s another thing that I was so happy to see that this machine offers a drip coffee. When it comes to making latte which my wife loves, she noticed how nice the steamer when it comes to creating a smooth foam for lattes and cappuccinos. you literally just let the machine do the work while making a cofee it would even steam the milk for you. Going back to the changeable hopper so I’ve decided to on the first hopper is to put the coffee beans that we bought a Whole Foods and on the second one we put the decaf beans that we also bought so now when it comes to switching beans, this machine does not create any mess. I didn’t have to like mess around and try to scoop out extra bean that I might have left because I’m switching to a different bean, having the switchable hopper this such a game changer for any coffee machine I think most coffee machine from this price point should offer what ninja is doing, because I’ve never seen anything like this before. but so far I just keep making this beautiful latte that looks like it came from the store. showing it off to family members and they totally love it. CONCLUSION I would say this, probably the most advanced coffee machine that I’ve ever owned. The ninja auto barista pro offered some new features that I’ve never experienced before like the switchable hopper. I love the amount of choices I have of the type of coffee recipe that I can make this also a dishwasher safe. The milk frosting system that they have is also great. I feel like with this machine it keeps reducing the amount of work. I have to do just to make a coffee which is pretty unbelievable. This machine does cost a lot but I feel like some of the feature that this machine offer some company would probably add a bit more premium pricing and for what is ninja is giving us with this machine. I think it’s a great deal. Beautiful coffee machine ninja I can’t wait to see what other new features ninja got on their sleeves in the future of coffee making machine.

Playing De'Long Game
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shark-Ninja seems to be on a conquest for your counter space. The plucky Ninja brand that rose to prominence alongside the venerable air fryer has horizontally expanded across the countertop, now offering everything from blenders to toaster ovens, and indeed coffeemakers. I can’t say I was expecting a solid upper-midrange brand to take a shot at a luxury market, but seeing a proper superautomatic espresso machine adorning the Ninja emblem, my interest was piqued. The Autobarista Pro appears to be the replacement for the Luxe Cafe Pro, an integrated, manual espresso machine that has similar drink offerings but asks you to perform each intermediary step between grinding, pressing, brewing, and frothing. The Autobarista Pro handles the first three steps with the push of a button, leaving only the optional frothed milk to be combined with the espresso, when the drink calls for it. It’s a bold step forward into the superautomatic espresso machine space where Italian luxury brands reign suprema, but Ninja’s latest does a phenomenal job all around and makes some excellent espresso. - Unboxing and Setup With “Team Lift” adorned on the side of the box, the 40-pound Autobarista Pro is a hefty machine that should be opened and positioned in your kitchen with the help of an assistant. Removing the removable parts cuts the weight down slightly but it’s still a large and cumbersome machine, substantially bigger than other superautomatic espresso machines I’ve used. A standalone water tank means this can be placed anywhere convenient and does not need to be near a water source. The quickstart guide does a decent job of guiding you through initial setup, though some instructions (such as which parts need washing prior to use) were easy to miss due to some typesetting and color choices. A QR code on the machine leads to an online interactive setup guide, but this is purely an AI chatbot that adds absolutely no value and wastes everyone’s time versus getting a copy editor to review the printed material. For shame, Ninja! Thankfully setup is fairly straightforward otherwise - initial water hardness settings and grinder coarseness calibration (a pleasant surprise - I haven’t used a superautomatic with that level of automation) are all that’s needed to start brewing. - Brew Impressions Shipping with two coffee bean hoppers to let you quickly change between different roasts, the Autobarista Pro is easy to start up and immediately begin brewing. 12 different coffees (8 hot, 4 iced) are programmed into the machine and can have their strength and size adjusted to one of two profiles on-machine. No smart functions here; this is a refreshingly simple machine with an easy-to-understand user interface that’s as straightforward as “push button, receive coffee.” Starting with a quieter grind and softer-sounding infuser than other espresso machines I’ve used, the Autobarista dispenses its espresso a bit on the slow side. However, the quality of the Autobarista Pro’s brew is vastly better than I was expecting from the jack-of-all-trades Ninja brand of appliances, easily rivaling their Italian competition in the high end espresso machine space. While I wouldn’t consider myself an expert connoisseur by any stretch, I do have access to a famous Italian brand’s [more expensive] superautomatic that’s well maintained, and it’s difficult for me to tell the quality of the Autobarista’s espresso apart from the top-tier brand’s when using espresso beans from the same bag (and having run a couple drinks through both before the taste test, to remove as much taste from prior beans as possible). The Autobarista’s brew might be ever so slightly more bitter, but I’m chalking that up to confirmation bias because I sincerely doubt I would be able to pick one versus the other in a blind taste test. The Autobarista does a better job than the Italian competition at offering a wider range of drink sizes and more varied cold-brew options for the iced coffee fans. All of the Autobarista Pro’s over-ice drinks have different flavors (the Italian brand is a one-trick pony with a single iced offering) by varying the brewing method and strength, and the iced latte option in particular is a standout hit that had my guests asking if I had any to-go cups. I should start charging! The major difference for the Autobarista Pro versus other superautomatics I’ve used is that the milk frother uses a standalone spout and metal jug rather than having an all-in-one integrated dispenser and milk carafe. Fortunately the milk frothing jug is labeled with various fill levels to match each drink, and the frother automatically adjusts froth level without needing any user adjustment, leaving just the final drink assembly of combining the two as the only step needed by the user. A big benefit for the lactose-sensitive is that the frother is compatible with plant-based milk alternatives, such as soy or almond milk. A simple setting change on the machine is all that’s needed and the milk frother does the rest! - Maintenance Cleaning the Autobarista Pro is a bit more involved than some other machines I’ve used. While most daily cleaning functions are as simple as wash and rinse, the Autobarista has more removable parts and filters than I expected to see, and in fact the quickstart guide includes a detailed, 10-step guide with regular maintenance intervals for each of the key components of the machine, as well as information about each of the cleaning and descale cycles the machine performs. While it seems complicated at first glance, all the parts that need to be cleaned are easily accessible and removable where appropriate. Clever design considerations were made - the drip tray has a convenient moulded spout on the far side to make for easy emptying into a sink, an access panel on the left side of the machine yields tool-less access to the infuser and brew system, and the bean hopper has a lever mechanism to close the bottom and prevent beans from spilling when removing from the machine. Descaling is an important function to ensure quality brewing, and like most espresso machines a descale is recommended about every 100-150 drinks, and in the case of the Autobarista Pro a reminder light will illuminate on the machine when due. The process is largely hands-off and only requires you to fill the water tank with the appropriate amount of descaling solution (usually lactic acid, though Ninja has its own brand with specific instructions) mixed in with fresh water. I haven’t had the machine long enough to require a descale but the process usually takes about an hour on other espresso machines. - Bottom Line For a kitchen appliance brand that seemingly makes it all, I was pleasantly surprised by the Ninja Autobarista Pro. There is fierce competition from the legacy coffee brands in the automatic and superautomatic espresso machine market, and Ninja pulled off an impressive feat just being competitive. There’s plenty of drink variety on tap and the milk frother’s versatility should be a bigger selling point, especially since the legacy brands are still catching up to the concept of non-dairy milks. I’ve come away impressed by the Autobarista Pro, but it’s most definitely a luxury item with a luxury price tag to match. It does make excellent espresso, and while I understand there can be hesitation to drop nearly a grand on a luxury machine from a more “mainstream” brand like Ninja, there’s a lot to like here and I think all but the hardcore espresso experts are going to be left more than satisfied. Recommended!

Cruisin' for a Brews-in
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I figured that if we could make the "specialty" drinks we like at home, then that might save us some time and money at our fancy coffee shop. So, we got this nifty piece of machinery. With the promise of barista-level lattes and cappuccinos, we were looking forward to taking our own caffeine-fueled adventure. Unboxing was straight-forward. It's a heavy machine, and it wasn't until it was out of the box, and I was tearing the box down, that I learned Ninja built in a pull tab at the bottom to allow the box to be pulled off the device instead of trying to lift the machine out of the box. Nice touch. There are quite a few accessories, attachments, and other accoutrements, that come out of the top layer of packing material and need to be set aside for later. The biggest pain was finding, and removing, all of the shipping tape that had been placed to keep things from moving around. Some of them were only found when I tried to get things like the drip tray set up, but it was nice that the ends were doubled over to aid in removal and to prevent the need of wearing down fingernails trying to peel up a corner or two. Setup commenced. This is a very large piece of equipment. If you have a Keurig "platinum" coffeemaker, the Ninja makes the Keurig look like a hotel single-serve device. Plan your counter space accordingly. Beyond that, everything went the way the start-up guide said it would, with a couple of exceptions of the steps being backwards or out of order. For example, the first question that the machine prompted for was the initial rinse rather than the hardness of the water. Speaking of checking the hardness of the water, this was a nice step, plus, I was able to do a quick pulse check on how well my water softener was performing. The first brew (the BrewIQ step) was interesting to watch and see everything in action. I quickly learned that I didn't know what the sizes of the various mugs and cups in the cabinet were. When the instructions say that it needs at least 8oz. for the initial brew, I discovered a Tervis was overkill. It was relatively easy to compensate afterwards, plus the ability to size the brew helps very much. I then brewed an iced latte with cold foam for my wife, and, again, it was very straightforward using the default sizes and options to begin with. To be honest, I used fancy coffee store beans, but, upon tasting it, she said it was very difficult to tell home-brew vs. drive-through apart. This was another point at which I felt the instructions weren't very clear. It was my understanding that the froth cup for the milk should be held at an angle, but that significantly impacted the frothing process. Leaving the cup on the frothing stand is definitely the way to go. Afterwards, the self-maintenance process completed as designed, and I let the unit go through it's standby / shutdown stages to see what that looked like. I also learned that I can only get 1-2 brews before I have to empty the drip tray, too. Don't ignore the orange pop-up that signifies the tray needs emptying! The pellets of ground coffee from the setup (there were 3 of them) almost filled the grounds container, and the liquid from the initial purge, the frothing wand cleanse, and the shutdown rinse, definitely filled the tray. I discovered that I need to use some care when pulling the tray out because there is greater-than-average possibility that liquid will spill inside (or on the counter, on the floor, on the....). I did appreciate the built-in drain funnel, as it made dumping the tray quite easy, although I wonder what it'll look like when I try to clean the inside of the tray itself. All in all, I'm happy that we got it, and I'm looking forward to getting the settings *just* right for the both of us. Some additional pros and cons are listed below: Pros: - I like that it only illuminates the menu when it goes into standby, then quietly completes the full shutdown process. This gives users time to enjoy a cup of joe without feeling rushed, and it allows for quick startup when it's time for a second. - The screen is insane. When it's in standby, the menu graphics look like they're on the plastic sticker that is applied to protect the screen rather than being a live screen. - It is louder than a Keurig, but it's not nearly as loud as one might expect, especially through the grinding process. That was a welcome discovery as it means I can make coffee in the morning without fearing that the noise will wake guests or children. Cons: - The button layout on the front is confusing, and the labels are small enough that I feel more comfortable with a pair of cheaters to make sure I'm making the correct selections. I keep wanting to push the round button in the center for 'power' instead of 'start', so I'm getting good at going back and correcting the random selections that I'm choosing for myself. - There are a *lot* of options, almost too many. For some people, this is a good thing. Those are the people who use their phones for everything, not just TikTok and Candy Crush. For others, it's a little off-putting because there's always doubt that they're making the right selections. - While the quick-start guide and in-depth guide are extremely helpful, a lot of the different options aren't explained. I had to feel my way through making the cold foam as the definitions aren't clear. There are a lot of images and brief descriptions, but some explanation of what they actually do would be welcomed. - I haven't had to do the maintenance process yet, but that's also a tad intimidating. I've never had to oil an appliance before, much less a coffeemaker, so I want to see what that process is like when it's time. I'm fairly handy, so I don't anticipate it being problematic, but, again, for others it might be a turn-off.

AutoMagic Expresso / Coffee / Latte
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had the Ninja AutoBarista Pro for 5 days now, making everything from straight espressos and Americanos to lattes. As a benchmark, I also own a manual espresso machine, so I know what a traditionally pulled shot and manually textured milk taste like. Here is my honest take after nearly a week: It is the ultimate "set it and forget it" setup for beginners (automagic coffee maker) , while offering a unique option for coffee lovers who like to experiment with different beans and blends. It will be good for the general population. But for some coffee snobs or nerds this might not be the machine Here is how it breaks down after 5 days of heavy use. The “No-Brainer" Experience Compared to my manual expresso, where you have to manually grind, groom, tamp, and time everything perfectly, the Ninja does the heavy lifting. The Grind IQ feature handles the thinking for you. It automatically dials in the shot, adjusts the grind size, and uses a built-in scale under the hopper to dose by weight. You just press a button and walk away. Bean Experimentation The biggest win for this machine is the dual-hopper system. After the machine grinds your dose, it locks the hopper so no extra beans trap themselves in the burrs. This means you can swap hoppers instantly without purging or wasting coffee. If you want a morning blend, a single-origin afternoon light roast, or a decaf blend at night, you just pop the hopper off, put the new one on, and tell the menu which hopper is attached. The machine instantly remembers the specific grind settings for that bean. For anyone who loves trying different roasters and flavor profiles, this is an absolute must have. Beverage Quality & Build • The Interface: The screen is beautiful, intuitive, and the overall machine feels high-quality and sturdy, not like cheap plastic. • The Drinks: Double shots are smooth and balanced, and Americanos are incredibly rich. The beans you select are important so make sure you are getting good ones. Some of the bugs that need to be worked out • The Milk Frother is Just OK: Ive been making my own lattes for 8 years now. Making a frothy milk takes practice and time. The AutoBarista froth is just OK. There is a lot of science temperature, type of milk, fat content, pressure of steam, volume use etc. (yes im a nerd) The Auto Barista uses wand with an internal spinning whisk and 4 steam holes around a bottom temperature probe.. • The puck: The pre-ground bypass chute requires a massive 4 scoops (20g) for a double shot. The brew group handles these large doses easily, giving you massive, thick pucks. • Cleaning and maintaining it can become an issue if you don’t take care of it. but goes for all small appliances • Doesn’t roast the bean: I guess the next gen will have that (joking, maybe not). The 5-Day Verdict If you are an espresso purist who wants to control every variable manually, stick to a manual expresso machine . But if you want an automated machine that takes the guesswork out of brewing the AutoBarista Pro is easily worth it.

Great Features and Value
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This super automatic machine is a great value and convenience into a slim footprint. It’s on the taller side, but it is less wide than others, and it runs relatively quietly for everything it’s doing. Having two separate, easily swappable hoppers is fantastic if you like to switch between regular and decaf. The Grind IQ system has been great for dialing in the right grind size and weight without any manual setting. The built-in milk steamer and whisk are excellent. The cold foam it produces is richer and more thicker than anything I’ve ever managed to make on my own. The iced latte with cold foam has become an impressive drink to show off the capabilities. Setting the cup height is easy with the height adjustable shelf, and the integrated lights on the dispenser and milk frothing station are a great touch. The large water tank includes a filter and the machine comes with a water hardness test strip. You set the hardness when calibrating the machine. Maintenance is surprisingly easy. Draining the drip tray is simple, backed by both a digital alert and a highly visible orange float on the front to let you know it's full. Getting into the brew unit for a monthly clean is equally straightforward. My only real complaint is the LCD screen tucked into the upper left corner. It feels a bit less premium than the rest of the machine's build. However, the progress bar on it is a great plus for tracking your drink completion at a glance. Between the cup heater on top, the ease of use, and the great milk system, this is an incredibly well-thought-out machine, especially for the value. I highly recommended if you want premium features without the massive footprint or manual hassle.

So close to perfection
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As someone who enjoys a nice cup of cappuccino but does not want all the extra hassle of extra equipment and cleanup, the Ninja AutoBarista has been a joy to use. I’ve had multiple different coffee brewers in the past ranging from drip coffee machine, aeropress, and similar all in ones, but none have made it this easy to maintain and out of mind. What makes this stand out above the others is how well thought out it is. The way different components are easily disassembled for cleaning and even storage racks for the cleaning suppliers makes it a complete unit without needing much extra space for random accessories. One of my biggest gripes is the cleanup after use on other products, especially if you want to include frothing milk with your drink. However, with the Ninja, it is extremely easy. All you need to do is wipe the steamer wand, and wash the frothing cup (the spinning heating element can be taken off so don’t lose it down the drain!). The large touchscreen display makes it easy to make the exact drink you want, although it can be overwhelming at times. It feels like they could have included a little more extra instructions with a screen like this, such as how much milk to froth. But, there is a separate sheet of instructions for what each drink is which can be hung on the wall. The washing cycle is also pretty generous after use, which is good as other products in the past have had clogged spouts when not used in a while. There are a couple of annoyances that prevent this from being a five star product for me. First, the steaming wand should have been detachable. For how easy everything else is to clean, the fact that I need to wipe it down after every use is kind of a bummer and would have been much easier to wash separately with soap and water. The other is that when your discard tray is full, you do not get a warning at the start. I had put in the milk and selected my drink, and then was told to empty the tray which required me to remove the milk jug and drip milk onto the table. Overall, this is an excellent product. It can still have some improvements, but it is already my most favorite coffee maker so far. It has all the convenient features available and is able to make a delicious cup of coffee, consistently every time.

Fresh Coffee Without the Effort
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well this Ninja AutoBarista Pro has been in use for some time and actually I think I am using it more and more each day and this kitchen gadget is one I appreciate more and more the more time I use it. I am coffee connoisseur but I do not always have the time and patience to act like a barista in the morning. This coffee machine provides me the same coffee shop atmosphere without the trouble. The first thing, which was immediately caught by my sight was that it appears to be really nice. The stainless steel finish adds an expensive look and it's a much more expensive looking product than it actually is. It definitely doesn't look like another bulky item taking up counter space, but it does lend a contemporary flair to the kitchen. I really like the ease of use of it. The controls are simple and within minutes of putting it up and running I was able to make espresso, cappuccinos and lattes. The machine does a wonderful job of automating the process so that I can count on it working equally every time I want it to. After perhaps getting long sleep at night I can make a decent cup of coffee easily in the morning. The espresso is very rich and very flavorful. That's the crema at the top which is kind of the logo of the cafe it looks and tastes like you would expect. I have sampled several different coffee beans and the machine just leverages the bean to its best qualities. There is some flexibility there as well, like I can make drinks second to none in the morning, and one that is more tolerable in the afternoon. Another thing I have found myself really liking is the ability to do frothing milknThe foam is very creamy and super smooth and the homemade lattes and cappuccinos are truly exquisite. Previously, I very seldom made milk drinks myself before I got this machine as it seemed like a cumbersome process. Now it is a habit and a daily routine within me! One thing which I had my concerns about before getting my hands on this is cleaning, actually it was quite easier than I expected it to be. Removable parts are easy to wash and the machine gives an alert message when it is time for maintenance. That is a world of convenience, since one does not want to take more time in cleaning coffee machines than enjoying the coffee. I could mention a few drawbacks like it uses a lot of counter space and is NOT the quietest grinding machine for beans. I haven't found either to be a deal breakers but just in case you have a small kitchen or your very much sensitive to noise early in the morning, I would think twice before getting this. I can't get enough of the Ninja AutoBarista Pro It's so convenient and so brilliant, I highly recommend it for anybody who believes they just need a good cuppa coffee without getting their hands grungy with all the espresso machine proving and pressing techniques. Probably one of the biggest accolades I can pay is that I'm not going to the coffee shops as much when I bring it home. This espresso machine will make one of the best easy to use of any reliable espresso maker to consistently produce top notch brews.

Excellent Coffee Variety and Easy Daily Use
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the opportunity to use the Ninja Line AutoBarista Pro (Ninja) for quite some time now, and overall I have found it to be an outstanding product. The first thing that I noticed about it was how easy it was to operate even though it can produce a large variety of drinks. Setting up the machine was simple, and the touchscreen interface allowed for easy navigation through the various programs. In addition to performing well at getting the correct brew times, the Ninja produces high-quality brewed coffee and espresso with little effort on my part. I appreciate the freshly ground coffee and automatic adjustments of certain brewing parameters made for each drink. Both the brewed coffee and the espresso have an excellent taste and the espresso has a nice crema. I enjoy being able to prepare many different types of drinks including espresso, americanos, milk based beverages, and cold brew. Another key feature that I found helpful is that I can adjust the strength, temperature, and size of the drink. After experimentation, I was able to save my settings for easy access the next time I used the machine. The cleanliness of the machine is also manageable due to the automatic rinse features and removable components. The Ninja AutoBarista Pro is larger than some coffee makers and is a significant investment, but it does provide multiple functions in one device. So if you are looking for an automatic espresso machine that provides the convenience of customisation and a wide range of drinks, I would highly recommend the Ninja. It has performed very well for me, and I give it five stars.

Reliable, Consistent, and Easy to Use
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit has been straightforward to set up and use from the beginning. Unboxing was simple, and the machine’s build quality and appearance give it a solid, premium presence on the counter. Initial calibration required little effort, and daily operation has remained consistent. Across a range of drinks, including drip coffee, espresso‑style beverages, and cold foam, results have been uniform and reliable. The liquid measurement indicators appear slightly imprecise, but this has not affected overall drink quality. The interface is easy for both household members and guests to navigate, and the two quick‑select profiles are practical for a multi‑user environment. Noise levels during grinding are notably muted. Maintenance is generally simple, though the drip‑tray indicator relies on a basic floating bobber that feels less refined than the rest of the machine. Water‑level alerts work well, and the dual‑bean capability appears easy to configure even if not used. Overall, the machine performs reliably, produces consistent drinks, and justifies both its footprint and price.
