I purchased it on sale (around $25 off), and it only lasted about a month before completely failing. Despite being fully charged, it would only show an error light and refuse to operate. To make matters worse, Ninja’s customer service was frustrating. Since my 30-day Best Buy warranty had expired, I contacted Ninja directly. Initially, they told me I could replace the unit, but I would have to pay nearly $25 for shipping—essentially wiping out the discount I received. After pushing back and pointing out that many customers have reported the same issue, I was finally offered free shipping “as a one-time courtesy.” Even then, the process was complicated, and I was told to call back again just to finalize it. As for performance, even when it worked, it struggled. The blender could barely handle frozen fruit, even with added liquid, and often stalled or required multiple attempts. In my opinion, this product is poorly designed and unreliable. The fact that so many customers report the same problem but no recall has been issued is concerning. Save your money, there are far better portable blenders out there.
