    No Stars!!! I have never been so angry about a purchase made at Best Buy. I purchased this item to make lunch easier while at work. However, I never had the chance to experience the product's function. When I returned to work in the office after being a remote worker; 3 weeks had passed since my purchase. I charged the unit and its light NEVER turned purple for me to blend. While it gave a full green charged lighted indication... no blend! When I attempted to exchange it for a working model at the same Best Buy location it was purchased from - I was denied!!! I was instructed to speak with the manufacturer because 2 weeks time had passed and I had not purchased a membership to allow me more time for returns. I am furious and will no longer make purchases at Best Buy. By the way I am a Best Buy Visa cardholder... well I have decided to end that relationship as well

    The machine gets stuck with fruit alot so i have to tip it off to the sode to get it working. And im not a fan of it jot wirking when its plugged in either. Has to run on battery. But i love the portability and that the lid has an opening to drink from.
