So far so good. The standard USB-C charging is great allowing the ability to charge it quickly and take it anywhere needed without having to use any proprietary cables. It has better bending power than I expected for a portable device making my protein shakes and fruit smoothie combinations without issue. It seems easy thus far to clean but be careful as the blades are sharp obviously. The base seems durable. It does have some weight to it but I suppose that is unavoidable with a larger battery needed for power and longevity. It’s my only blender at the moment and practical for any uses I have needed one for thus far. It’s functional, powerful, and seems as though it will last a long time as all their small appliances do. I would suggest reading the directions on how to clean it and to get an understanding of the suggested fill lines and sequences of adding ingredients. I also suggest looking up some recipes online as there are many of them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone active or who wants to blend ingredients quickly and on the go.

Since I travel I needed a portable blender for smoothies and energy drinks, and this unit lives up to expectations. It charges via an included USB-C cord (no charging block included) in about 2 hours, and has a stated life of about 15 uses. I tend to blend a lot of ice drinks longer than most, so I average about 12. It's portable and fits in most car cup holders, and has a carrying handle. It includes an 18 oz blending jar that is dishwasher safe. The included sipping lid is leak proof so you don't have to worry about spills. Like most blenders it can also self-clean by just running a 30-second cycle. There a separate power and blending buttons to minimize the chance of turning it on accidently. There's also the option to purchase additional 18 oz or 16 oz jars for sharing. So far everything I've made has come out just as if it was made in a full size blender. It's great for bringing ingredients to work or school to blend at some point during the day, or to make at home and take with you without having to drag out the big blender!

I really wanted to like this Ninja portable blender. I have a full size Ninja blender that I'm a big fan of and hoped for the same here. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I like making shakes and smoothies as meal replacements or snacks sometimes and it’s a pain to get out (and clean) the full size blender all the time for that, so this seemed perfect, and in theory it is. The problem is execution. The size is great and it takes up hardly any space. I also like that it is portable (battery powered, no plug). But as convenient as that could be, I don’t feel like the blender holds up. First of all, I had to blend for several minutes to try to get rid of all of the chunks for fruit and ice. Even after several minutes, I was disappointed to find that I still had ice chunks in my smoothie. That’s a huge mark down for me. Plus, Ninja says you’re supposed to get 15 blends on a single charge. Maybe that’s true if you only use it for 30 seconds or so at a time. But because of all the extra blending time I needed, it doesn’t get anywhere near that much use on one charge (maybe half that). There are a lot of options for smaller/individual use blenders and the Ninja sadly missed the mark for me and the main reasons that I wanted it.

It works really good,i used when i go hiking and is really easy to use. I charge mine every other days.

Excellent blender. Buy it if you enjoy drinking smoothies. Don’t spend excessive money buying smoothies outside the home. I love the Ninja Blast. I use it everyday and it’s very easy to clean.

Looks good and the 1st time I used it was all good. 2nd time I put all the ingredients in - AND IT HAD TO BE CHARGED TO BLEND A 2ND TIME. That really turned me off this product. But I will use and remember to re-charge EVERY SINGLE time it is used.
