Its an ok product

When i first got it i charged it all day and night. The next day when i used it nieces for a few seconds and then the button turned red and wouldn't work. I plugged it up for a few minutes and tried again and it blended for a few minutes and stored again so i let it charge longer and it finally blended. But the next day when i was attempting to use it again it did the same thing. No matter how long i charge it it dosent seem to be working.

It is so nice to put all my ingredients in and blend it at work

Don't let the name brand fool you.

This not the typical quality tthat the well known Ninja brand is suppose to have. I bought two for my husband and myself and my sister bought one as well. Hers stopped working within a week and the blender itself doesn't blend ice when making smoothies. Learned the hard way when I was trying to have much lunch at work. Needless to say, very disappointing. The blender times out or over heats after a few blends. This reminds me to not purchase items that need a trial period from Best Buy since they have a 14 day return policy versus other retailers have 30 or 90 days. I ended up getting an off brand from Amazon for 20 bucks and works just fine. Shame on Ninja for their over priced low powered personal blender. You've been warned. Don't let the name brand fool you.

This product is only ok for liquid and soft items. It cannot handle ice very well which is a shame because I need to put ice in when making smoothies. This is disappointing. I constantly have to shake it to dislodge ice cubes. I gave up and just started using my blender.

I have never been so angry about a purchase made at Best Buy. I purchased this item to make lunch easier while at work. However, I never had the chance to experience the product's function. When I returned to work in the office after being a remote worker; 3 weeks had passed since my purchase. I charged the unit and its light NEVER turned purple for me to blend. While it gave a full green charged lighted indication... no blend! When I attempted to exchange it for a working model at the same Best Buy location it was purchased from - I was denied!!! I was instructed to speak with the manufacturer because 2 weeks time had passed and I had not purchased a membership to allow me more time for returns. I am furious and will no longer make purchases at Best Buy. By the way I am a Best Buy Visa cardholder... well I have decided to end that relationship as well

Not as good expected!

I had to buy a new bowl after a couple of months because the attachments started showing signs of rust (iron oxide). Unfortunately, even the new bowl didn’t fix the issue — it seems to be a structural problem. I had to wash the attachment areas every time before use to remove the iron oxide. The only positive aspects are that the mixing power is good and the battery holds a charge for about 3 shakes.
