Terrible appliance

Has to be plugged in now for any use, and I’m already looking for a replacement. You can’t blend anything frozen because the blade stops and is “blocked” at any sort of pressure. Even a fresh banana causes issues with it working. I expected way better from a ninja product. Wildly disappointed.

It should have shown solid green but didn't. Maybe I got the one lemon. I took it back and didn't want a replacement.

Died after charging for two hours

Was shoer excited to use. Added my ingredients as per the instructions - liquid first, to the minimum line. Added frozen fruit. It DIED after about 10 seconds. Had to use another Blender so that it was not a total waste.

Cheaply made

You cant storenit in the fridge you will damage the battery. The battery in all 4 product after swapping out went dead after a month.

Great for the short time it worked

However, it stopped working, blend would start and stop turning red like it needed to be charged. Despite it being a full battery or only liquid, it will no longer blend. Tossed the box so I can't return to store. Waste of money

Great Small Kitchen Appliance for a Small Kitchen

So, in my house there’s a premium on small, portable kitchen appliances. This blender’s rechargeable battery means I’m not tied to an outlet and can roam around my kitchen and blend wherever counterspace is available. And for running off a battery, it’s surprisingly powerful. I used to own a Magic Bullet branded small blender, but when it couldn’t even blend simple smoothies after a week it was quickly abandoned. The Ninja Blast powers through frozen fruit effortlessly and gets you a perfectly blended smoothie in about 1-2 minutes. It’s great for quick smoothie breakfasts while your coffee’s brewing. I like that the blender is simple to use. Power it on, wait for the purple light on the blend button to turn solid, then press it once to turn on the blender, it’ll then run for 30 seconds and stop, or you can press the blend button once again to stop the blend cycle early. Most of the unit is dishwasher safe, excluding the base containing the blade and battery. Cleaning the blade can be done as easily as adding some water and dish soap to the container and blending in 30 second bursts. One oddity, at least to me, is the sip lid the container features. It’s great to have if you’re really in that much of a hurry. But I in practice you’re drinking out of a blender, which is much heavier and much taller than a normal cup or Hydroflask, and just feels a bit silly. But hey, it’s there in a pinch. I like this unit a lot and think it’s fast tracking itself to becoming a main staple small appliance in my kitchen for its variety of use cases and its portability. The amount of power and flexibility you get with this portable powerhouse is fantastic.
