    I bought mini ninja blender and used it once and try to use it yesterday 07/6/24 and now it’s not working I’m going return it today hopefully they can exchange it for me or give me back my refund if I could just give it a 0 I would.

    I finally thought I found a sturdy replacement for my garbage Blendjet and Blendjetb2 overengineered crap. This item failed within 3 months of light use. Will not charge or turn on.

    I bought it before Christmas while it was on sale. I didnt do any kind of research on what it included. You have to drink from it while attached to the blade base. Also, the ice was still not as finely blended as tou would want for a smoothie.

    I dont know if mine was just defective or what. I plugged it in and let it charge until full. Loaded it up exactly how it instructed and it barely even blended. Will be returning it very disappointed i had high hopes with it being a ninja.

    Do not waste your money on this item. It does not last and stops working in 60 days. A $10 blender works better than this junk.

    Doesn’t blend well without extra effort to scrap sides and water down your smoothies. I would have returned it if I’d been around a store within the return window.

    I wouldn't give 1 star. Barely used....maybe 3 times and it stopped working. It has a solid red light, and I cant seem to find any information as to what the cause is.
