    Great Smoothie Maker

The Ninja Blend Boss works great. It blends, makes smoothies, and crushes ice. The Blend Boss is fast. You just fill the cup, attach the blade assembly lid, set the cup onto the Blend Boss base, and push the button for the cycle you want. The automatic cycles last for about a minute and include Blend, Smoothie, or Ice Crush. There’s also a Pulse button that you can push manually for as long as you need. I really like that it is easy to clean. There are only 2 pieces to wash, the cup and the blade assembly lid (the Blend Boss also comes with a nice travel lid and a straw, so at most there are only 4 pieces to wash). You can do a quick wash simply by adding 1 or 2 drops of dish soap and some water and pulsing a few times. The travel lid works well and screws onto the cup with a flip tab to open or close the cup. The parts are all well made and built to last. The blender motor unit is compact and quite heavy for its size. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place while working. The Blend Boss is quite loud, like a power tool. So if you have family members or roommates who are sleeping, then breakfast smoothies may not be super popular. On the other hand, if you need to wake your kids up for school in the morning, the Blend Boss might do that job too. Overall, the Ninja Blend Boss works great, is easy to use, and makes delicious smoothies.

The Ninja - BlendBOSS 26oz Tumbler Blender is one of the most impressive blenders of its kind I’ve seen or used to date! The base is a sleek design, and the blue is a classy hue, attractive enough to sit on the counter. There was no scrimping on the length of the cord—unlike some appliances, where attempting to plug in reminds me of T-Rex arms. Having suction cups on the base is very handy for keeping my smoothie from leaping off the edge of the counter. The size of the beverage container is a perfect size for meal portions and it’s tapered bottom fits in most car cupholders. The curved rubber coated base of the included straw enables good-to- the-last-drop suction, and most importantly, it tucks into the lid and cap for easy and leak-free travel. The lid fits snugly and doesn't leak when shaken. Plus the easy-open feature allows for one-handed access. And all parts are easy to clean. Initially, I found myself accidentally pressing buttons when attempting to remove the container from the base, as I was used to a different design, but adjustment was quick. I like the extra little lock-in tab on the container as well as the firm “click” when locked into the base. Effectiveness—This thing runs at warp speed. It’s turbo power made quick work whether ice crushing or peanut pulverizing or creating the very best iced latte. It makes the smoothest of smoothies. Adding frozen spinach to a smoothie left none of the typical green flecks but completely incorporated it all into the other ingredients. And the well-marked measuring lines on the container itself are definitely helpful. Highly recommended.

The Ninja BlendBOSS 26oz Tumbler Blender has completely transformed my daily routine. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell this blender was built for convenience and performance. The 1200 peak watts of power make quick work of everything I throw at it, from frozen fruits and ice to tougher ingredients like nuts and seeds. Smoothies come out perfectly creamy every time, and I’ve even started making protein shakes and nut butters with ease. The three AUTO IQ programs are a game-changer. With just a press of a button, I can blend, crush, or puree to the perfect consistency without constantly monitoring the process. The program settings are intuitive and save me time, especially on busy mornings. I also love the included 26oz travel tumbler. It fits my cup holder, is easy to carry, and the lid seals tightly, so I never worry about spills. Cleaning is straightforward—both the blender cup and tumbler are dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus. The sleek Cyberspace color adds a modern touch to my kitchen countertop, and the overall design is both compact and sturdy. In short, the Ninja BlendBOSS delivers power, precision, and portability in one package. Whether you’re a smoothie enthusiast, a health-conscious professional, or just someone who values convenience, this blender exceeds expectations. It has earned a permanent spot in my kitchen arsenal, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their blending experience while achieving professional results.

The Ninja - BlendBOSS 26oz Tumbler Blender is a powerhouse. Considering it has 1200 peak watts of power. It will go through ice like butter. What makes it great is, you can go from blend and turn it into a to go travel tumbler. No transfer from blender jar to cup needed. The blender base is quite compact and does not take up much counter space. About the diameter of a salad plate. It is a game changer for your morning smoothie or protein shake. The blades are built into one of the lids. Add your ingredients to the tumbler but don't exceed the max fill line, close the tumbler with the blade lid, invert it and place on the blend base. It comes with three "Auto-iQ" settings, blend, smoothie, and ice crusher. It also has a manual (pulse) button. Once done, switch the lids and you're on your way to a spill proof 26oz travel tumbler. It does come with a smoothie straw, but note, the smoothie straw just loosely inserts into the sip hole in the lid. Me myself would have preferred a built in smoothie straw. Other draw back, it only comes with one tumbler. I guess it was made for single people :) But I already looked into purchasing another tumbler for the wife. Overall, It is great product! Pulverizes frozen fruits and ice like there's no tomorrow. Makes a great smoothie for on the go!

The Ninja portable blender series continues to be an upgrade from its predecessor. In the latest iteration of the portable blender series, Ninja has moved the blade system into the lid where it should have been to begin with making it even easier to clean and travel with. To support the shape of the tumbler, the base has changed in size while appearing to have more power. The rubber feet have changed to a rubber cup system to aide in preventing movement during use on the counter top and support vibration dampening from the unit during use. The Auto-iQ buttons uses smart blend technology to ensure you have the perfect blend and limit any extra chunks during a quick blend. Blending takes ~1 minute from start to finish with indicator lights that auto turn-off to indicate the blend option chosen has been completed. The various blend options still include Blend/Smoothie/Ice Crush for all of you on-the-go needs. All of this information is included in the “Quick Start” guide for your Ninja product. The color line has increased to six available options to choose, allowing a choice more suited to you. With the changes made, when full assembled and not is use, it stores easily in your cupboard for that next grab-n-go use before or after the gym, quick smoothie day, that adult “Happy Juice” beverage, your cooking needs, etc…limited to your uses and imagination.

    SPACE SAVING BLENDER

SPACE SAVING BLENDER = Ninja products are always well engineered and well made, this paticular blender is perfect for taking up every day kitchen counter top space & daily use. THe smaller countertop footprint couldn't be any better. Shipping was very quick. Operation is EASY and this machine works excellent in everyway we've tried using it so far. And although it makes noise, in comparison to other blenders it is a lot quieter. And honestly it is very straight forward, fast, and easy to clean. It makes quick work of ice, chopping it up all the way and not leaving annoyiong chunks of ice like so many other blenders. The container cup is the right size for my daily use. However, although the container cup seats well and secure in an automobile cvup holder, generally speaking setting the container cup down on any flat surface / table it is to be desired as it is wobbly. The shape is prone to tip over when it is full. A redesign of the shape is called for so as to make the cup contrainer safer and not fall over if omeone bumps into the table it is sitting on. Except for big jobs, all of our other blenders will remain in a bottom kitchen cabinet and this Ninja Tumbler Blender will be a fixture on our kitchen counter top, hoefuylly for a long time to come.

A Mug that is Actually Leakproof

This Ninja - BlendBOSS 26oz Tumbler Blender with Travel Tumbler is a tough product for me to review. While I would highly recommend it, it is just not the right fit for me overall. As I've come to expect from Ninja, it does the job and does it well. While there is some noise, I it is not as loud as some of my other Ninja products which is a plus. The three pre-programmed settings of blend, smoothie, and ice crush appear to be spot on with timing. I did not have to pulse for fairly standard drinks. Cleaning was a breeze. It came well packaged and with easy to read instructions. I was disappointed that there was only one smoothie recipe included. Yes, Ninja has spoiled me with their recipes on the past but it does make it easier to gauge quantities with the recipes as a guide. My issue is the travel mug, which has a lot of pros. I did everything I could think of trying to get that thing to leak, it did not. Note, when you make a soda slushie wondering if the pressure will pop the lid (it didn't), pop the lid over a sink as you will have a soda fountain when you do. The walls of the mug are insulated enough that there was no condensation from said slushie, the mug stayed perfectly dry. It took about four hours for all the ice to melt. A smoothie and a shake started to warm within an hour. The size is a good compromise between a 20 and 30 ounce mug. For most people, it will work well. However, I found the mug to be heavier empty than my 30 oz insulated mug full. If holding weight is an issue, which it is for me, handling the mug could prove painful or it may get dropped a lot. I also want an insulated mug that will keep my drink ice cold for more than four hours. I sip, not chug, so it can take me more than 8 hours to finish my drink, and I want my icy drinks ice cold the whole time. What has worked for me is making the drink in the Ninja and transferring to my 30 oz mug, but I was hoping to eliminate the middle man. I also found drinking from it uncomfortable as the opening is big and even found the straw uncomfortable as it is also big. Again, it is probably because I sip. I think this is a great product, definitely recommend it, and it even showed up in a smoothie recipe video. For me, it just doesn't quite work.

I was very impressed with this blender. Ninja absolutely did not skimp on the motor for this thing - it has so much torque I have to press the thing down on the countertop when I'm using it so it doesn't start spinning. That feels like it would be a little over the top, but I can't argue with the results - for example, on my first use, the smoothie button worked absolutely perfectly with no need to re-blend. I felt like I was drinking a smoothie I'd buy from a drink shop - no chunks, no coarse texture. I am equally impressed with the other buttons - I've had blenders in the past where to get them to fully do the job I have to run the program twice or so, but the BlendBOSS just does it in one go. The one downside to the motor in this thing being so good is that it's incredibly loud. It sounds like a jet engine. I think it is actually louder than my vacuum cleaner, and I don't have a quiet vacuum. This isn't necessarily an issue unless your intended use case is, say, to make a smoothie for breakfast but you typically eat breakfast before everyone in the household is awake. As far as the tumbler goes, I really like it. The shape of it lets it fit in car cup holders, but it's still relatively easy to clean. I think the decision to have the blades be attached to a "lid" instead of being in the bottom of the cup was a really good call - you've got really easy access to the blades to clean them when you're done, and I think it improves the structural integrity of the cup. I've had another tumbler-style blender start leaking from the bottom before because the blade seal got loose, and I don't have any concerns about something similar happening with this. The real lid and straw are about what I'd expect from a tumbler, though I will say I do appreciate the inclusion of the straw. Overall, I really like this. If all you're using a blender for is to make yourself drinks, or you're after a tumbler-style blender to have just for drinks so you're not using a full-size one, I think this is an amazing option for you.

Overall, this Ninja blender is quite good. There are little instructional stickers all over it when you remove it from the box. They give you a quick rundown of how everything works without digging through the manual, which I appreciated. The stickers don't leave any residue when removed. The blender is easy to take apart and put back together, and it looks sleek and not at all bulky on the counter. There are four settings: smoothie, blend, ice crush, and pulse. The smoothie setting pulses on its own so everything settles and blends evenly. I didn’t have to stop and shake anything, and the smoothie came out nice and smooth. I also used it to mix a powdered supplement into water, and it wasn’t grainy at all. Ice crush does exactly what you’d expect it to do—turns ice into small pieces, which is perfect for slushies. The pulse setting seems like it would also be great for things like pesto sauce or other savory things (didn’t try that yet, but it feels like that’s what it’s for). Switching from blending to putting the lid on is super easy. The blades come out, and the lid goes on without any hassle. The suction cups on the bottom are really helpful to keep it in place on the counter and avoid messes. The to-go cup is nice too. It fits in a car cupholder and doesn’t feel like it’s going to tip over easily. It’s also lightweight enough that a toddler can carry it. The only weird thing is the straw—it’s kind of big and bulky, and the top of id has soft foam on it, which is unusual. It’s not a problem at all, though. Overall, the blender isvery easy to use and does everything you want it to.

I've owned many blenders over the years, but never one that looked like this. Typically you think of a blender having a vase look with the skinny part near the blades at the bottom. This blender literally turns that idea upside down and it works surprisingly well. The cup that comes with the BlendBOSS is sturdy, with some reinforcement at the base when it sits upright. The lid is a bit confusing at first, but once you figure out how to twist it on, things go mostly smoothly. I will say that while it doesn't leak while blending upside down, I did freak out the first time as strawberry puree started to make it's way through the threads of the lid. They get stopped by a gasket, but I for sure thought I was going to have a mess. The blending lid also is well thought out. When connected to the base unit, a plastic rod goes into place, locking the lid from accidentally being unscrewed. This is very useful as the same motion to undo the cup from the base unit is the same motion for the lid from the cup. The base unit itself also surprised me in how powerful it is. At first I thought the suction cups underneath were for show, but they legit hold the unit in place and are definitely needed. The first time I used the blender and didn't have it secure, it twisted hard enough to make my hand flinch away. As for the blending action itself, I won't say it's better or worse than any other blender, but it is convenient. Having one thing to clean up instead of multiple items is useful. It does take a little getting used to though as having the narrow part up top means that items can get stuck as you load them in. I found that it's best to shake them loose while the cup is upside down, but before you attack it to the blending base. Otherwise you'll have bits that don't blend so well. All in all, this is going to replace my larger blender which took up too much space for how little I used it. This might not be for everyone, but I'm enjoying it.

My first and favorite Tumbler AND Blender!

I'm not really big on smoothies - I'll accept an occasional Jamba Juice smoothie of just strawberry bananas, very basic, as trying other things at JJ upset my stomach. I don't have a lot of kitchen space, but when I saw this tiny footprint, I decided - why not? I ordered the basic ingredients I found online: frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, low fat milk, and plain Greek yogurt. I used 1 cup of each, pushed the smoothie IQ button and 55 seconds (I should point out - it is VERY loud!) later, it was done! I unscrewed the blender cap, added the straw and lid - and then started drinking and to my surprise - tastes just like JJ's version! Well, again, the basic drink I would grab. I’ve never owned a blender or was a fan of smoothies, but this product has made me a fan of both! I have found a product called Blender Bites with pre-set pucks you just drop in, add water/juice and just blend, it’s great! I’m now just trying a bunch of different types of frozen fruit blends to try for a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack! My only concern is using it at night, as it's loud. During the day it's not as noticeable, but when I use it at night and it's quiet, it's super loud! With that said, I've never owned a blender, so this might be "normal" blender noise level. Pros: Small footprint Less than 1 minute to finish pre-programs- super fast! Easy to clean Different color versions! The blender is also a tumbler to go Cons: It’s loud - but also might be "normal" blender noise levels The lightweight base sometimes “jumps” which i thought was weird as the whole thing shifted like 2 cms. Not entirely concerning, but it makes me feel like I cannot walk away from it - and it’s only 55 seconds so you shouldn’t want to have to. There are 2 little suction cup feet that should prevent the hops, but on my particular counter - the suction cups don’t really work (more of my issue)

Yes, it is the “boss” of tumbler blenders

It’s been a few years since I last tried one of the “tumbler” blenders - basically a blender that is clearly meant for a single serve smoothie or protein drink that you make directly in the tumbler you then drink out of. And WOW have they advanced - this one is so much more powerful and easier to use than the last one I tried. The blender base itself is small and blends in seemlessly to my kitchen, but it’s VERY powerful, crushing ice cubes and fruit like it’s not even there. Setup was very easy - of course I washed the tumbler, lid, straw and blender blade unit, but after that, you just plug in the base, add your ingredients to the tumbler (make sure to include a decent amount of liquid with the solids unless you want a puree vs a smoothie), screw on the blade unit and you’re ready to go. The tumble locks (upside down) on the base unit quickly and easily but also very securely and the base has several settings that roughly equate to time/power combinations. It’s basically one touch though you can also use the pulse button to manually control the blend if you prefer. Smoothies come out very nicely with a good consistency and fairly well mixed and the included straw is a nice touch as it’s quite wide if you want a thicker smoothie. Once you’re done blending, you simply swap the blender blade unit for the tumbler lid and optionally the straw and you’re ready to go. The whole setup cleans quite easily and is even fairly quiet - for a blender at least - to boot. And it’s clearly built with the quality that Ninja is known for so it should last quite a while. So if you’re in the market for a blender that is MOSTLY for single person smoothies and protein drinks, this is a great option (and it can sometimes be used for other blending as well). If that sounds good to you, give this one a try today!

Not too long ago, I began bringing powdered meal replacement and protein shakes to work. I was looking to limit overeating and calorie intake while in the office, so I decided that having dedicated shakes throughout the day would help me accomplish my goals. Protein shakes mix easily in a shaker bottle, but I was having issues with the denser meal replacement shakes mixing in normal shaker bottles. They simply work better with a blender. I was not going to bring my full size Ninja blender to the office with me a couple days a week, but I soon found this product and decided to give it a try. The mug looks like any other typical mug, so it doesn't stand out in an office environment. The blender base is compact enough to throw in my laptop backpack, or store in my desk drawer in the office. It is surprisingly powerful and makes quick work of my meal replacement shakes at lunch time. I usually use the regular Blend mode for around 10-15 seconds, and my shake comes out perfectly smooth and mixed. Then when I'm done, I rinse the mug and lid out in hot water and it's ready for the next shake. This compact blender solution was a great idea for when a quick drink needs to be made, but it's too inconvenient to use a full size blender.

I had been looking for a versatile and attractive mixing container combined tumbler that I could just use and go. This certainly fit the bill. The product was easy to pre-clean and set up and I tried a few different recipes over the past few days. It crushes ice and chops vegetables and fruit into a very smooth consistency. The tumbler is a good size for travel and packing in a backpack. Although not expressly insulated it does seem to keep the smoothies or blended protein drinks cool enough. After use, it rinses very clean and assembly and disassembly is easy. The size of the base is very nice and was easy to store - it almost fit in a drawer, but was a bit too tall. It does slip nicely into the cupboard and also into a backpack - for taking to work. The design looks great, certainly an upgrade from older styyle utilitarian units. The cord is long enough but not so long that it is a haslle to store or wrap up. So, whether you are looking for a powerful smoothie maker or just a good quality drink mixer, this is certainly a very nice option.

The Ninja BlendBoss Tumbler Blender has totally evolved my protein smoothie game! For the longest time I have struggled with right sizing my smoothies to fit in my tumbler from the blender. Now I have one device to replace both of those! I love that I can drop in my icewater, bananas, and protein power, then press a button and walk away. Less than a minute later I have a perfect smoothie every time! This will save me so much time, and allow me to get out the door a little faster every day. A quick swap of the blender lid to the travel lid and you are off! This device is also very portable! I will be able to take this with me when I travel and never miss out on a healthy meal! The build quality on this device is also amazing! The suction cups on the bottom do an amazing job of holding everything in place during the intense blending sessions. Clean up is also a breeze, a few pulses on the blender with water in the tumbler and everything is good as new. If you are looking for a faster way to make your favorite smoothies, then look no further!

I'm coming from a vitamix and have not previously tried the nutri bullet or other personal blenders - overall the category has looked cheap to me, especially compared to the beefy vitamix that has worked amazing for almost 15 years now with now sign of slowing down. I really liked the form factor of this blender though, the vitamix is a monster that is a pain to get out and setup everytime my wife or I want a smoothie and that really limits how often it gets used beyond large batches of frozen drinks for parties. This is a a world of difference better! The tumbler feels durable and sturdy, the measuring lines are easy to follow without being aesthetically ugly on your work desk. I found it easy to throw some yogurt frozen fruit and vegies in, lock the lid and flip over. The one touch smoothie setting does a great job "set it and go" - blending the smoothie in to a unfirom and satisfying consistency. Additional tumblers can be purchases for $40, and everyting is dishwasher safe - my wife and i can each make a tailored smoothie each morning and throw everything in the dishwasher for the next day, the base in small enough that it stores easy in our tiny kitchen and the tumblers themselves take up no more room that a Stanley. This is a fantastic blender for most uses!

The Ninja Blendboss Blender is a small yet potent appliance. It features a design allowing the blade assembly to be removed and attached to the motor unit in an inverted position. While it’s quite user-friendly, for safety reasons, you should look over the provided instructions. Be cautious with kitchen devices that present a hazard: keep children away from this appliance, even if supervised. It’s easy to see how someone not paying attention could cut themselves with the blade unit.  The base unit’s suction is located at the bottom to prevent movement. To detach it, draw it closer, as the front rubber suction cups are larger than the rear one.  When using the inverted cup, add liquid first, then soft ingredients, and finally frozen items to be near the blade. Ensure ingredients do not go above the maximum fill line. After that, put the blade unit on and twist it firmly. Next, invert the entire object by its handle and rotate it clockwise, ensuring the dots line up beforehand. Blend, smoothie, ice crush, and pulse are the functions of the front control buttons. The first smoothie I made with Blend was over-blended. It liquefied all the ingredients: banana, milk, strawberry, smoothie powder, and ice. Delicious, yet I went overboard. Despite using the smoothie setting on my Second Cup, I find the result slightly overdone for my liking. Pressing the button again will cease the function before its nearly one-minute programmed time is up. The pulse button operates when pressed and stops when released.  The LED light at the bottom indicates processing status when using the first three buttons. It functions like a progress bar. The step represents 20% of the progress.  After completion, gently unscrew the unit, remove and rinse the blade to avoid residue, and then store it safely. Pour the liquid into your bowl or cups, or whatever you were planning to use. Alternatively, swap the blending unit for the separate lid and drink from the small opening at the front, or use the silicone straw. The item will ascend upon lid opening and descend smoothly when the lid is shut. I do not personally use this. My routine is to pour it in a mug and then enjoy my smoothie.  After using it for a few days, I can confirm it performs well if the directions are followed precisely. Just to be clear, this is not a toy, and children must be under strict supervision to use it. Is it worth purchasing? It’s a bit more expensive than my usual blender budget, but the convenience factor is high. You can mix and then immediately take the container, no need to transfer it.  You can purchase an additional tumbler with a straw for approximately $40.  In all fairness, if your budget allows, then yes, but I will say that a normal blender is just as good.

The Ninja BlendBoss is a very nice compact blender. It does not take up much counter space so it is ideal for small kitchens. It has powerful suction cups that hold it in place. The device has you load from the bottom so whether or not you like this device, might depend in how you use your blender. I found this somewhat difficult since when I make smoothies I gradually add items making sure that the protein powder gets well blended. For this device, I just added everything at once and then attached it to blend. It has a powerful blending ability so this worked for me and could be a time saver. I mainly use a blender for smoothies but this would also be great for chopping soup ingredients or making salad dressings or sauces. It comes with a travel lid and straw. It is well labeled with instructions for the 3 different speeds and has Auto-IQ that uses timed blending and pauses for your food. It was really easy to wash since the bottom comes unattached so it is easier cleaning this than my other blender.
