The only "bad" thing, from my point of view, is the cone shaped filter. The normal circle ones are cheaper. Other than that, this thing is great.

I love this coffee pot, it is simple to use, easy adjustments for Taste preference , but the pot itself tends to drip when you pour a cup of coffee. This one very simple problem takes away from an otherwise awesome coffee pot.

Great coffeemaker - would buy again - drinking more coffee during this pandemic and this works great and looks classy too

i wish i bought a smart coffee maker but you can program this and it does keep the coffee hot

Upgraded from Mr. Coffee maker. This one works so much better. Takes a little longer to brew a pot but it’s definitely worth it:)

12 cups is plenty. The "rich" setting helps me use smaller amounts of grounds. The clock and timer are easy to use.

Works great, easy to use. I'm used to French Press, but enjoy the programable option on this machine.

The Ninja was an excellent purchase. I’ve enjoyed using it. Setup was easy. I would purchase again.
