one flaw, wish it would make a brew even stronger and richer, but still for the price you pay its still worth it

So far so good. Replaced a cuisanart, nice features good coffee. Could use a temperature increase.

This is our second one and we have had to throw both of them away due to green algae growing in the water reservoir in an area you cannot clean. This one lasted 9 months

It makes good enough coffee, but the design of the water reservoir is a bit wonky. This is the only coffee maker with a carafe and a removable reservoir, which is a great feature more companies should use. However, this one is clumsy to use, being cumbersome to grasp and fill. One star off for making coffee, one star off for design.

That coffee maker gave the coffee a taste of plastic. Even after one week used I returned it

works pretty well, has a decent capacity, a little difficult to properly clean

Love Ninja products, but, this coffee maker drips coffee when carafe is disengaged from the main unit.

This is my second Ninja coffee pot. While not as full-featured as my Coffee Bar unit, it makes just as good of a cup of joe. The removable water reservoir is a plus and the warming plate maintains a good temperature without burning the coffee. I generally dislike permanent filters because they let too much stuff through, so I add a paper filter which isn't an issue. As with all Ninja small appliances, using this unit is simple and straight forward. Plug it in, set the clock, fill with water and coffee grounds, push the button for regular or strong brew and in less than 5 minutes you've got great tasting coffee. The only real negative I have is that the filter basket is accessed through the top and not the front. While this may seem trivial, the upper cabinets in my home are just low enough that there is not enough room to open the top unless I have the pot sitting near the front edge of the countertop. This makes me have to place it in a location where there is no upper cabinet which is not the most ideal location for it to be.

All very good except reservoir leaks out a little over night.

Dips another when you remove the pot to pour a cup if it's still brewing.

First, it is the noisiest coffee maker I have ever owned. It wakes me up before my alarm clock. It spews hot steam out the top the whole time it's gurgling/brewing - not good for the cabinets so I have to pull it out. I am not impressed and it is going back.

I like it but is very slow to brew the coffee ,But the look is good.

Coffee maker worked for a few days and then just stopped. Had to exchange it. Works now for a few weeks ok. It is slow; my very old one was faster. Nothing to rave about. If not for the fact that I needed to use my expiring points, I would get something at Bed Bath and Beyond, where there is better selection for this price point.
