Love this coffee maker - purchased it in Oct-2021 and it died May 15. So, needless to say, I had to call Ninja for a warranty replacement, which they are replacing, but I had to pay $20 for S&H. Fingers crossed the new one works longer.

I've been generally happy with Ninja products, but unfortunately this coffee maker broke in less than a year. Just stopped working. I only make one cup of coffee a day.

Makes a good cup of coffee. A little slow, but so are most coffee makers.

i just wish I didnt have to take it apart to clean it after each use

I like it but fill like it takes a few minutes to start perking!!

We have enjoyed 3 of these machines over the last 3 years. They are nice coffee makers EXCEPT that they start leaking after about 1 year. Worked great for a year. Dependable for a year. Then they die.

Old school setup, but works well. Is a good value.

I bought it July 11, 2021 and today is October 18, 2021. It makes a great cup of coffee until it doesn't. Control pad no longer works so it's stuck on "small batch" forever. The clock is also not fully displaying the time because some of the LEDs are not working. This is the 2nd one of these that broke early on me. I make one pot per day, so it's not like it's in an office setting. Unfortunately, I'm outside of the return period so I'm screwed. I hope my Ninja Foodi lasts longer than this, Never again for this product.

Still drops a some when removing the pot during making.

Nice features but still a little slower than my basic model.

Bought this coffee maker didn't last 6 months and stopped brewing coffee even after cleaning it out. returned to the store Figured for the price and the name it would be a good coffee maker.

I had a Cuisinart before this one. Coffee is a bit more bitter coming from this coffee maker. I recommend getting full-bodied coffee and grinding it fine. Makes it taste better coming from this coffee maker

Bought based on reviews, consumer reports rating and Ninja brand. Makes average tasting coffee. Rated at 195-200 degree coffee but does not reach that level. Somewhat above the Mr. Coffee level.

Good coffee maker but for some reason it does not show the time correctly. I have tried to reset it to the correct time many times and it goes out of sync.

It worked great the 1st few months then it stopped. Hard to clean water container.

Had a crack in the water resivour, so had to return it. Unfortunately, there was no others in stock, so had to go with another model.

Was a good coffee machine but being it only lasted 2 years makes it a 1 star

It looks nice but does not do anything different than $30 dollars coffee maker. It is overrated and you are only paying the Ninja Brand. Never again!

Was great at first when we finally started using it i have probably used this 20 times now and i no longer can get it to brew anything

The Ninja products but this one was a big disappointment. Not eorth the price.
