Looks great in the kitchen - no more hiding the coffee pot after it's used! Very stylish and sleek looking. Very quiet brewing as well. Super easy to fill with the removable water container - no more filling the carafe, then emptying it into the coffee pot. Works great with the reusable filter but also allows you to us a paper filter if you prefer. The "stay warm" feature kept the coffee hot for a couple hours. Overall a great looking and performing coffee maker.

Not convenient for small batch, finish beep sound too low,,overall i gave it a thumbs down

This unit is ready to go out of the box and the instructions are easy to follow. The reservoir holds twelve cups of water. Programming the timer is simple and coffee is ready anytime you desire. The unit is very high quality and the stainless steel finish looks good. The permanent coffee filter is easy to remove, clean and reuse. The Stay Warm feature keeps the coffee ready for hours. It has all the features needed in a good coffee maker, without adding unwanted complicated features.

We are on our second water tank with this coffee maker. First one started leaking soon after purchase. Now the replacement is leaking. So I am moving on to another brand. Maybe ninja needs to re-design this one!

Easy set-up and I like the touch screen option (user friendly). It has standard features that come with most coffee makers. I like the option that the water tank is easily accessible and you can take it off to fill it with water. Also I like the custom brew technology that lets you choose between mild to strong-something that is not in many coffee makers. I tried different options and did see a big difference on the coffee strength. You can choose small batches (1-4 cups) or full carafe. I was concerned that this will make noise if I have to use it at work, but was surprised how silent it was compared to my old one. Found something interesting on this coffeemaker that is not there on any other machine - it drips into the top and goes down a straw (like device) & out into the bottom of the pot. I did see a big difference- helps keep every cup hot and flavor is evenly distributed in the carafe which is good when you make a full carafe. This is definitely a neat technology to keep every cup flavorful. Also, the coffee is pretty hot, so let it cool a bit before you take your first sip- guessing its common as the heater element is new. Most important of all - use high grade coffee beans to really see the difference. I grind my coffee every week to keep it fresh and flavorful

Once I adjusted the water level ratio to coffee scoop amount, I had a great cup of coffee. My Go To brewer has always been a Pod brewer for the speed and consistency of a well brewed cup, However, I found with this brewer and freshly ground coffee, The experience is so much better, I just have to have patience with the brewing time. Has Many great brewing choices and features. The carafe works very well. Clean up is easy. Very happy with this Brewer!

Water would sprinkle out when in use. Returned for a different model.

First pot of coffee I brewed may have been the freshest best tasting cup of coffee I’ve ever had... I got this to replace my single serve plastic cup coffee maker which was ok, but never had the freshness that this coffee maker can brew. It’s super easy to use, has a reusable filter, super easy to clean. It has a timer to set a brew time and can brew as little or as much up to 12 cups as you want. Just add coffee and brew.

My mother occasionally has coffee in the morning so i picked this up for ease of cleaning and filling removable water vessel. Used the coffee pot less than 15 times. Clock lights up but none of the buttons are working. Not acceptable.

Got my new coffee maker and was able to use it the same day. I love the fact it comes with a permanent filter. No more paper filters. easy to program for what ever your coffee needs are. the fact I no longer have to pull it out to add water and coffee grounds to it. Love the coffee pot lid that doesn't leak or spill like my older unit did

My coffee cup slipped a few inches and touched glass pot and cracked it. It was virtually no force and it cracked so easily. The frustrating part is that there’s no replacement pot to purchase. There goes $100 horribly spent. Never again will I buy this product.

It is a nice programmable coffee machine. I personally did not notice any issues with it. It has everything included. Perfectly works, you will not find difference between cups. What i like most is easy reservoir removal tank, Cleaning is so easy. In case if you are new to programmable coffee makers, this is the perfect pick to select, very easy to learn, just select the mode and time that's it, your coffee will be ready :). It has Classic and Rich options these are like light and strong respectively. spoon included which is good i liked it. I do not want to suggest number of spoons needed for cups, it is all personal choice, some might like 1 cup for 1 spoon which is good and strong. Another thing what i liked most is 4 cups option because that is what most people use i believe and it is handy. Warming plates work fine. You can set how many hours you want to keep hot ( Max 4 hrs ). I did not try 4, My personal like is to make fresh all the time :), it is so fast and quick. But I checked Warming plate it works and good, no issues. Starts on time without issues. So programmable setting works fine. Btw - It comes with permanent filter which is good.

This is my third Ninja product and they have yet to disappoint! This coffee maker is leaps and bounds to the old one I have been using. The water container is clear and removable to clean, the carafe is solid. The materials used looks very high level and looks more expensive than it is! The only negative I see down the road is that the buttons will wear in time due to the finder oils and time. But that is down the road. The brew time is about the same as my old one and the tone is not as intrusive as others I have heard! The unboxing was again clear and awesome. The packing materials again are recyclable and that is AWESOME. Love this touch! I can't harp on that enough! It was packed tightly and well. There's instructions throughout the package. From the flaps to instruct you to clean the unit twice by running it on brew with water only. That's after washing everything in warm soapy water minus the coffee maker parts of course. I love that it also comes with a permanent filter and coffee scoop. Such small details that are well done go a long way and I can see why Ninja has garnered such praise through the years. I am a believer!

I had this thing for just about a year and it stopped working. It's out of warranty and I didn't get Geek Squad protection. How convenient.

I have bought several coffee makers from bust buy . They never seem to last more the n a few months. This one included. started leaking water with in a few days. Next time ill look for another vendor.

I loved thos brewer. Nicely designed and has removable water reservoir to avoid making a mess. I can programm it ad day in advance to start brewing with a new feature called “delay brew” super awesome. Clock screen is bright. Great coffee brewer overall.

This coffee maker is simple to set up, takes up an average amount of space and affords the convenience of a removable water tank for effortless filling. The 12-cup cycle takes about 12-15 minutes depending on whether you brew on classic or rich. The programming feature and clock do not require any consultation with the user manual and they even included a 1T coffee scoop with built in storage on the unit for your scoop. The lid on the carafe could be a little easier to place and remove, but it isn’t bad. The reusable gold filter rests in the filter holder. Small batch cycle works beautifully, but important to note this machine will brew based on the total amount of water in the tank regardless of whether small batch is selected or not, so be sure the water quantity in the tank matches your desired output.

Not sure about that water tank- seemed1 step too many. I returned it and went back to old brand coffee maker. Thank you Best Buy for easy return!!
