If I could tell this coffee machine something, I would say you’re my best friend! Love it!!

The coffee is brewed very hot and is not bitter. So far it makes very good coffee.

Simple with the functions I need. I like that the water reservoir is removable to fill it up. Very happy.

The Ninja coffee maker is well built, the water carafe is removable for easy filling, and it makes good coffee. I'd buy it again. The buttons require some pressure, but not inconvenient.

My wife and I have been using this Ninja - 12 cup for about a month now and it has worked perfectly. We use it daily. The mesh filter is great quality for normal grounds. We do use a particular brand of coffee that is "extra fine grounds" and in that case we will use a filter otherwise theres a chance of grounds getting through but again thats because we are using extra fine grounds. Nothing bad to say about this product so far.
