Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the Coffee 12-Cup Coffee Brewer's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall design. However, some find the coffee maker a bit overpriced, and a few have noted its bulky size and that some coffee grounds get through the filter.

Great Coffee Maker
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great coffee maker with a wonderful concept — the water supply is clear and removable so you don’t have to wonder if it is clean. I’ve used quisinart for years, but this Ninja is equal in coffee quality and much easier to fill and keep clean.

great choice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did my research and chose the Ninja 12 cup coffee maker. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee. I love the delay set up and the fact that I can adjust the warmer plate time. It is easy to set up and to clean. A quality product, it will hopefully last for years to come!

Consistently makes good coffee
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a month of use, this coffee maker has become std. part of our daily am coffee making ritual. No issues, making consistently good coffee. Easy use and cleaning with no real complaints. Using the included environmentally friendly metal mesh filter requires a little more cleaning diligence but we found the residual grounds that get through are acceptable level. Great product!!

Great Purchase. Highly Recommend
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to clean. You have to configure how strong or light of coffee youd like but its great once its set! One of the best things is the timer as you can set it to have coffee ready in the morning

Finally!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For years I’ve tried to find a coffee maker that will make a great cup of coffee without breaking the bank. Trust me when I say this is it. No more looking for a scooper, and no more guessing on how many scoops you need to use. It’s pretty simple by your 2nd-4th pot you should have found what works best for you. I do a 1:1 ratio so 1 scoop coffee to 1 cup of water and brew it on rich. Some might like a 1:1 classic brew while there may even be a few of you that prefer a weaker coffee so just reduce your coffee scoop by 1 so if it’s 8 cups of water then 7 scoops of coffee should do the trick. Trust me when I say when you find what works, you’ll know it. I’m finally able to make an amazing cup of coffee that has substance and body and doesn’t taste like flavored water all while not breaking my wallet. On a side note I still recommend using a filter even though it has a reusable cone with it.

Ninja coffee maker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sleek & looks nice on counter. Provides the exact amount of coffee with water entered. Coffee remains hot & the extra warmer time is a nice function. Had been looking for a while, & daughter n law suggested as she has had one for some time.

Excellent coffeemaker
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a no fuss coffee maker. It has a lot of the functions that you expect. But modern design and updated features puts it ahead of most. Despite all that tech, this coffee maker is a breeze to operate. The price and brand quality makes it a bargain.

Quality product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The coffee pot is good quality. It’s ease of use and sleek design. It’s very easy to clean which is another plus. Making coffee overall is quite simple when it comes to this one. My only complaint would be the settings of the coffee pot. Haven’t quite figured out what the string brew setting does. Not sure it makes the coffee any stronger at all.

Design, simplicity and good coffee!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A removable water tank is the best! Not having to fill up a pot then pour the water into the machine, that usually has a small area, is great. Easy setup and just the right amount of settings including delay brew to get a good cup of coffee.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This coffee maker is the best! Great coffee maker
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yay! I can have hot coffee at home everyday. I love the cone filter, it quickly brews the 20 oz of coffee I drink, the clear water reservoir is useful for accurate measuring.

Good coffee maker, nice design.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really appreciate this coffee maker. It is well designed, especially for our use with the reservoir on the right side next to our sink so we can use the pull out faucet to fill it while assembled. The coffee is rich with this maker even on the regular setting (there are 2 flavor settings reg and rich). When we use the included coffee ground basket filter we do seem to get a residue in the coffee. We switched to a paper filter and that cleared up that issue. The measuring spoon on the side is a nice touch. The brewer is quiet and steady, with limited steam until the end. Overall, this seems well made but we will see if it lasts which has been an issue with our last 2 coffee makers.

Beyond basic!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes basic to a whole new level.. The lift off water reservoir is the BEST! No more spilling/pouring water over coffeemaker/counter etc. Take to the sink, fill and set in place. Permanent, fine mesh filter is great as I no longer have to mess around with paper filters. I have found that if I put my grinder on a fine grind setting 3 j (just under medium) I avoid any grounds in pot. Haven't tried going finer yet. Has a "rich/classic" brew feature which is equally nice. Makes experimenting with different coffee fun. Also like the feature to have warming plate on or off. Looks stylish, super easy to pour without dripping and lid locks well into place. This not only looks stylish and expensive but has a few more features to make it a bit fancier than a basic coffee pot!

Great practical coffeemaker
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve used Cuisinart coffee makers for the past 15 years. It was time for a new pot as the cuisinart was leaking. Saw good reviews on this Ninja, so we decided to take a shot on it. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision. The pour spout is practically spill proof, unlike our our Cuisinarts. Absolutely love the water reservoir. We just lift the reservoir of the machine, fill it up and put it back on the machine. Way more convenient than filling the pot, then trying to pour the water into the small reservoir opening on the Cuisinart (meanwhile water dripping from the pot as you are trying to fill). Love this pot!

Great coffee in an easy to use maker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll start by saying that I don't like hot drinks, but I love coffee. I'm not a "cold brew" fan, I just like regular coffee cold. The Ninja pot has several features I really like. First, for cleanliness and ease of use both the filter basket and water reservoir are removable. Secondly, the hot plate can be disabled (just press the "Keep Warm" button to turn it off), so my coffee cools quickly and doesn't get burnt. Finally, you can buy replacement carafes and water reservoirs and such from Ninja (although they show that they are sold out currently, but I'm assuming they eventually have some in stock). Only thing I don't like is the height of the unit. You can't open the filter cover if it is under your cabinets- a flip out or slide out design would have worked better for me.
