Makes a great cup of coffee, with choices to make your brew a little more rich and bold. It's so easy to get the coffee ready for the next morning with the delay brew setting. I have it set to start the same time as my alarm! The scoop that attaches to the side of the coffee maker takes all the weighing and guesswork out of a simple cup of coffee. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

I have been using this coffee maker for just over a month and am very pleased. It makes much better coffee than the flat filter maker I was using. I use the included hole tone filter and grind my beans every morning. I like the removable water container which, to me, makes it easier to fill to the level I want and the coffee is nice and hot when it finishes brewing. It has worked great for me.

I love it ....the lid was a bit tight at first but my husband kept putting it on taking it off putting it on ...(repeat) that helped to the carafe......it is very pretty sitting on the counter....I wish it made iced coffee too like my other one but ..I like the coffee maker no complaints

Great coffee maker. Love the fact that you can put the water reservoir in the dishwasher if you want. Also like the ability to choose classic or dark roast when perking the coffee. Great machine at a decent price. Always bought Cuisanart in past but Ninja is rated #1 so gave it a try.

I've had quite a few coffee machines, this one seems to be the most convenient. The crystal clear water reservoir is neat. It doesn't drip when pouring into a cup like others have stated, nice. Big shower of water seems to make the most out of the coffee, flavorful. One thing, the pause serv worked good within the first many uses, now it leaks when pulling out the carafe while brewing, disappointing but not a deal breaker. Haven't had it long for a durability report. Fingers crossed.

Excellent quality coffee for the price. I like that the water reservoir is removable so you can directly fill it. Easy to clean - I remove the reservoir daily to let everything dry. Oddly though, the buttons are difficult to press. I find myself pushing the coffee maker when trying to hit the brew button.

We were die hard keurig users and was tired of constantly picking up pods which could become very expensive over time, especially since we drink plain coffee. Decided to get something more practical for our needs and this works well. Didn’t want a very expensive standard coffee maker or a cheaply made one, this one works well and isn’t very costly.
