I visit him every weekend and we always have the coffee hot and ready. I personally own a single use Keurig at home, but feel that this Ninja brews a better more quality cup of coffee. The model is built well and feels like it is made with quality. It can brew an entire pot pretty quickly at what I would call the closest to perfect temp that I have experienced in a coffee maker.

Bug infected coffee machine

I had been using that coffee brewer for a while after I bought it. Then, during this month, I had left it unused for many days. Then, the other day, I thought I would use it for making a pot of coffee. Then, I was shocked to see about 200 or more different ants or bugs, just walking or standing inside the coffee maker. For example, those ants or bugs were by the filter the machine had. I did not know what to do and I just took the coffee machine and I threw it in the trash.

The clear water reservoir on the side is an excellent innovation, Coffee brews well, nice and hot and strong. Be sure to read the manual before use and follow instructions carefully. This model is a cut above most home coffee brewers, and I have tried several brands.

Easy to keep clean and makes a fine cuppa

I am able to keep this coffee maker cleaner than any before it because the water reservoir comes off and the filter holder slides out too. The result of this is I start each day with a clean machine and am rewarded with a really tasty pot of coffee. My only nit is that the recommended dose (one scoop per cup) was too strong for us. We do 6.5 scoops for 8 cups, but your tastes will vary. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The settings are a little hard to read as they are small. You need to read the manual in order to set up for automatic brewing, overall the coffee taste better than with my very old coffee maker. I like the way the coffee maker looks as it matches other Nija products we have in our kitchen I would definitely recommend purchasing this item.
