I always had cuisinart coffee machines but I decided to change and bought this unit instead, I love to be able to remove the water tank to wash it, looks good and make a great cup of coffee.

I replaced a Cuisinart coffee maker with this Ninja coffee maker and the difference in time for brewing and the taste of the coffee is amazing. The detachable reservoir is a bonus for ease of cleaning and filling.

Keeps coffee hot longer. I like the fact you can adjust the time you want coffee to stay hot. I recommend this coffee maker. Plus saves on coffee paper filters.

Great coffee maker. Replaced a disappointing Calphalon system with this one. Brews quick. Unique brew system and pot. The pot and spout actually pour the coffee in the cup without spilling! Very happy with this system!

loving the new coffee maker very happy with the ninja line of products . makes a great cup of coffee , love the fillable side canister instead of having to fill the pot then the canister.

I love the water holder, so easy to fill! I love the dripless spout, pours with ease. I love the taste of the coffee rich but not burnt tasting! I used to be a Cuisinart fan, but no longer. This is my new favorite.

the machine is awesome. it maybe old fashion to some but it was a upgrade for us and it works great. Unlike most coffee brewer you don't have to upgrade the filter for it comes with a good one

Everything Ninja is fantastic. I bought this because I have gradually converted tons of gear, including the pots and pans to Ninja. This is fabulous too, as you would expect!

It does its job and does it well! The option for small batches, rich or regular make a huge difference in taste versus other coffee makers!

Really like this little coffee maker. Bought it to replace our old one and it's working out really well. The removable water reservoir is a great feature that stands above so many others.

One MAJOR flaw to this is that you can not, and I repeat, you can not have it under your upper cabinets due to all the steam that comes out of the top. We found a loophole by placing a cloth over it to block the steam, but it’s still a design flaw to me. They even have a sticker on the top warning you about this. The only reasons I see it as a huge problem is that everyone I know makes their coffee on the counter, under the upper cabinets. My only other problem is that your last cup of coffee is so strong because everything settles to the bottom of the pot on this maker at which I have never had that problem before.

We've been very happy with this coffee maker; it replaced a Hamilton-Beach that was great in theory (coffee pot and K-cup in one), but sprung a leak after a couple months and would have cost almost as much to ship & replace as this new one did. The fill chamber is easy to remove and easy to install. The glass coffee pot is subject to staining (surprisingly) from the coffee, but overall it is great. Has a separate stay warm button so you can keep your pot warm longer than the 2 hours it initially runs for. We've used the gold filter (included) so we're not wasting paper filters--grounds do tend to cling to it, but you can still rinse them out with plenty of water. Would definitely buy again--but hope I don't need to!

It did take a few cycles to break in but once it did, produces a consistent cup of coffee every time. Choice in strength and small and large brew are great features as is the self clean cycle.

Love this. Coffee is very good, easy fill reservoir. Seems well made. Nice looking. Time will tell. I also have the Ninja 5 qt air fryer which I also really like. Next up Ninja blender

We’ve used this coffee maker for a month now. From the first cup until today, about 2 pots per day, the coffee is hot and more flavorful than our previous maker. We have no complaints

Bought this as a gift - it brews good tasting coffee - the hottest water I have seen from a coffee brewer - very impressed. The programmable feature for coffee before waking up is great also!

We have used this coffeemaker throughout the pandemic and drink a lot of coffee! It has never let us down and consistently produces an excellent cup of coffee whether we want it rich, classic or something more simple. Enjoy our wake up every morning with our Ninja coffee maker. Would buy again.

Had one for a little over 2 years thought it was time for an upgrade (new one). It makes that great of coffee i bought it twice

It is really nice simple to use and works great and it is at a good price! I really enjoy it it brews coffee fast and it is well worth the money!

This an excellent quality coffee maker that is very easy to use. I’ve had issues with other major brands, but the Ninja comes through like it’s other great products (blenders, etc)!
