I like everything about this machine except for the design of the carafe. The plastic around the top holds liquid making it hard to clean and rinse out completely. My favorite thing is that the water tank is separate from the machine making it easy to fill.

It’s a good machine it makes a stronger brew it’s what you need in the mornings and the reusable filter is a plus

Wanted to go cheaper, but happy I didn't. EASY to use, love the measuring spoon that came with it. I use it for 2 cups of coffee, not 1, but personal preference.

I have bought 2 of the Ninja 12-cup coffee makers one for our home in Michigan and one for our Florida condo, love it, would highly recommend. Best feature is the removable water reservoir.

This coffee maker is great! No need to buy filters because it has a built in filter! Also love the rich option because I love my coffee tasting strong!

I love this coffee maker so far! So easy! Not a fan of the re-usable filter just bc I don’t like having to clean it. But I have no actual complaints. I’m just lazy, so I got regular throw away filters.

It worked great but for only 2 years. One morning it literally fried - smoke came out. It did shut itself off so it didn’t catch the kitchen on fire. We replaced it with a newer model and that one just broke after 8 MONTHS. We are done with Ninja products.

Nice coffee maker. Super hot cup of coffee, Quick and is well built. I do wish the top spout came apart, but aside from that.... All esle is great.

I love everything about this coffeemaker. It looks great, makes amazing coffee (it gets much more flavor out of the ground coffee than regular machines), AND it makes and keeps it HOT! Highly recommend.

My wife wanted a coffee maker that makes a hot cup of coffee and that's what this does! I like the way the coffee pours. Our last one always seemed to drip a little. Tjhis one is smooth!

We love Ninja coffeemakers because they are simple to setup\use & consistent in daily use at our house. Price wasn't the cheapest online, the convenience of carside pickup was.

I have returned 2 Cuisenart coffee maker on the Geek Squad plan because in a few months the black stuff on the metal coffee warmer flacked off and looked awful. So when I returned the last one I wanted a different brand. I decided on this one. The coffee warmer has a surface that looks like Teflon. I'm hopeful. One thing I like is the water does not need to be pored into the pot. I just fill the clear plastic container and pot it in place and put the lid on it. The coffee carafe is washed and cleaned and then put into it's place. Setting the pot for brewing was easy. And it makes good coffee! What else do you need!

makes good coffee each time. You can make as little as two cupsor up to 12. We use it maybe 2 or 3 times a day (no we are not at a business). I recommend it, its easy to use.

We absolutely LOVE this coffee maker. My husband likes his coffee bold and black—this machine makes a super strong cup without the burnt taste. Highly recommend!

We love our coffee in the morning and always had a cuisinart that we were okay with but after having coffee from this Ninja coffee pot, we have found our new favorite. Excellent coffee every pot.

Purchased this to replace a small 10 year old coffee maker. What a difference! The coffee tastes better and keeps it hot longer. I bought it on sale and definitely worth it!

The Ninja is easy to set up and use. I love the 4 hour timer for the warm plate and the ease of filing up the coffee maker with the water container instead of using a carafe like other brands.
