The programmability is excellent and the modular water unit is something I didn't realize I wanted. The carabiner is well designed and doesn't pour irregularly when you're in a rush, and overall... this thing is something I'd buy again if my current model breaks.

We use it daily. The mesh filter is great quality for normal grounds. We do use a particular brand of coffee that is "extra fine grounds" and in that case we will use a filter otherwise theres a chance of grounds getting through but again thats because we are using extra fine grounds. Nothing bad to say about this product so far.

I'd buy it again. The buttons require some pressure, but not inconvenient.
