The separate reservoir is an great feature as it can be easily cleaned. The separate reservoir is a great feature which allow for easy transport from the faucet. The permanent filter works well but prefer to use a disposable filter The carafe pours without dripping and has a convenient sized handle.

This coffee maker has been very good and makes consistent coffee every morning. Simple to use and to clean.

The coffee machine is good, but I didn't get the ninja scoop and I'm really upset about that

I have this coffee machine over two years and I didn’t have no problem with it and it works very well and I can use it for one cup 12 cups everything and now I bought this coffee machine for my daughter and she is very happy with it she didn’t have no problem andVery good price

We used to have this same coffee maker but it had a metal carafe. We drink lots of coffee in the morning so I was instructed to find the one with the biggest quantity and it was our favorite coffee maker until it died. This one is good, but it doesn’t keep your coffee as warm and as for as long as a metal carafe. Nonetheless still a good coffee maker but searching for a different one.

So far i love this machine, you need to read the manual. And everything else will come easy.

A big problem with coffeemakers is getting them clean, especially hard to reach places. This unit with a detachable reservoir is perfect. It has an audible ding when done, a nice stay warm feature and a feature where u just brew less than 4 cups...really is the best unit I have ever had.

Honestly I bought this to be a cheap replacement for the break room coffee pot and it works better than the small commercial brewer we had so I got another one for the house. Cannot recommend it enough.

Owned a lot of coffee pots and this is by far the best. Had to take the first one back due to it making popping and crackling noises. And the carafe left more coffee on the counter than in the cup. Replacement is perfection.

Good coffee maker with a delay start option. Makes for good pot of coffee in the morning when you are just waking up. Would highly recommend this to someone looking to replace their decade old but beloved Black & Decker Coffee maker that looks old.

Had a Ninja previously. This one makes very good coffee. So far so good !!

Very ez to set up, fits in our 5th Wheel perfectly the timer is also ez to use.
