Very noisy

It wakes me up before my alarm clock. It spews hot steam out the top the whole time it's gurgling/brewing - not good for the cabinets so I have to pull it out. I am not impressed and it is going back.

Broke in less than a year

Love the functionality when it worked

So, needless to say, I had to call Ninja for a warranty replacement, which they are replacing, but I had to pay $20 for S&H. Fingers crossed the new one works longer.

They are nice coffee makers EXCEPT that they start leaking after about 1 year. Worked great for a year. Dependable for a year. Then they die.

Do not buy - It won't last

It makes a great cup of coffee until it doesn't. Control pad no longer works so it's stuck on "small batch" forever. The clock is also not fully displaying the time because some of the LEDs are not working. This is the 2nd one of these that broke early on me. I make one pot per day, so it's not like it's in an office setting. Unfortunately, I'm outside of the return period so I'm screwed. I hope my Ninja Foodi lasts longer than this, Never again for this product.

Makes average tasting coffee. Rated at 195-200 degree coffee but does not reach that level. Somewhat above the Mr. Coffee level.

Shows incorrect time

Cracked, so had to return
