After using a percolator for years I was apprehensive to switch back. Very impressed with this coffee maker. Great coffee and I love the fact that you don't have to use paper filters as it comes with a metal mesh filter that is easy to rinse out. Easy to fill and easy to program. Makes the best coffee of any coffee maker I have ever owned.

For those who don't like K cup coffee. Love the "Rich" (Strong) and "Small Batch" settings! Grew tired of the Mr. Coffee coffee makers wearing out after 6 months or so. The LED lights on the clock went out a while back but I didn't buy it to tell me what time it is...

This is a huge upgrade from the basic Ms. Coffee maker i previously owned. I know how all new tech can seem a little off putting but this is a simple product that makes a great cup of coffee. Huge difference in taste, granted i was a bit behind on the times with my old coffee maker. Easy to clean and easy to operate. This is a product that definitely stands out.

This ninja coffee pot is a good selection for coffee lovers. Makes very hot coffee, easy to see how much water thru the clear container, I use paper filters with not problem. I have set it up for certain time to brew and was right on time. I give this pot an excellent rating. I'm very satisfied with the taste of my coffe also.

The coffee makers is easy to use and the instructions make it more then clear on how to operate them.I love how you get different setting and the interface is easy to use, for the price is a really good offer. My family can go about 4 full jugs of coffee a day and the Ninja keeps up with easy and keeps the coffee warm for a really nice amount of time.

Great coffee maker a must have. Easy to use and works great

We've had this unit for about 60 days and it has exceeded our expectations to this point. We bought it at a discount at BestBuy online. I had read in previous reviews that some parts of this Brewer were sensitive, e.g. removable water reservoir leaked, decanter very fragile, steam damaged overhead cabinets. I guess due to that information, we have been cautious. We normally place our Brewer(s) near the kitchen sink, but away from cabinet overhangs. In doing so, we have chosen not to remove the reservoir. We just pour water from the Decatur to the reservoir. We handle the decanter with respect, but that is no different that our previous decanter. We do like the brewing method, and the options available. We think the flavor of the coffee is enhanced with those choices. We also like to use the extended brewing feature, as I get up before my spouse, but the coffee remains hot (we have chosen the 3 hr extended option), without the scorched, or burnt taste. Overall, we enjoy using this unit and look forward to our daily coffee!

Awesome coffee pot! Works well and makes delicious coffee

My old coffe maker went belly up 3 days before Christmas. I went to the Best Buy online catalog and searched for a new one and decided on a Ninja since I had several other Ninja products (Foodie and non-stick fry pans) that I really liked. I found one in stock on the far side of town and drove over there and picked it up. Got home and while unpacking it I manage to drop the detachable resevoire rendering ,the unit unusable due to a large crack. I calle Ninja and told them my sad story and they said due to the holidays they could not guarantee when a replacement could arrive. I ordered it anyway and told them now to worry because I understood about the shipping problems this close to Christmas. To my total surprise, my new unit arrived in two days and my family was able to have our traditional sweet rolls and coffee before opening presents. The unit is great, makes perfect coffee and also made our Christmas complete.

I couldn't be happier with my Ninja coffee maker. I've been a Cuisinart coffee maker user for a number of years but the last few makers didn't last more than a year. After reading a number of reviews I decided to try the Ninja and I'm glad I did. It makes a very good pot of coffee. And I really like the removable water reservoir.

After buying several coffee makers and returning them because of a metallic taste to the coffee, I decided to give the Ninja a try. It makes a perfect cup of coffee and I really like the design, especially the removeable water reservoir. No regrets!

I love this coffee maker best I’ve ever owned. (CE251) been using over 3 weeks now I discovered when I filled to 12 cup line it was a little harder to raise up into position to slide down into position. Not a problem for less water levels, I found that filling the carafe full and pour into reservoir for 12 cups is best less wear and tear on the seals, after I make my coffee I take the lid off reservoir to dry out. The carafe has a wide pour spout I haven’t spilt a drop of coffee yet. I love the option to keep my pot hot up to 4 hours, coffee tastes great (rich brew) it’s very easy to use just read the manual. This maker is only hot brew no cold brew feature. Some 12 cup coffee makers are only 50 oz. this is gives 60 oz. I highly recommend this model CE251.

This Ninja coffee maker has all the features that I look for. Iy has a removeable water carafe, timer and brew strengths. I feel Ninja puts thought in the products that they design and looks for easy of use.

This makes a good cup of coffee. I enjoy the option for bold brew, as well as small batch. I use the paper filters because clean up is easier. I only brew 3 cups a day, so the filter lasts for 3 days. The only complaint I have is if you want to use the timer of even just brew a cup you have to push 2 buttons. First the power button then the delay brew or brew. I cant speak of reliability as I've only had this for a month. So far so good. For the record, I returned this machine to Best Buy, because my sister bought one as a gift for me on Amazon. I did find the coffee maker on another site for $20 less and Best Buy would not match the price. The return went smooth and I will continue to purchase products from Best Buy.

One of my favorite features of this coffee maker is the removable water reservoir. It is so easy to fill, but the lid of the reservoir is removable and also makes it so easy to fill without removing from the coffee maker because it is so big. How many times have you tried to pour water in a tiny little space in other coffee makers? I love that the lid to the carafe locks in place, I love the rich brew feature. It is very easy to program. You can program to start in the morning by pushing the delayed brew button. It doesn't make coffee fast, but that should not stop you from buying this. I also love the warming plate, it does not appear that the coating is not going to chip like my Cuisinart did. Most of the parts are dishwasher safe. They give you a coffee scoop that attaches to the side of the machine, I don't use it because I have one in my coffee can and put it back in the can after use... It looks great on my counter! Highly recommended.

Wife wanted to switch back to a coffee pot from disposable pods. This thing has been perfect. From the little coffee scooper mounted on the side to the programmable timing, and removable water tank, everything has been great. No leaks or spills and easy to clean.

The best coffee maker I ever bought. I love everything about it. It’s easy to use and clean and the coffee tastes great. It stays hot like a coffee pot should and turns off on its own. I would never buy another brand of coffee maker again.

I've had this Ninja coffee maker for 2 months and I love it. Brews the hottest coffee I've had except for coffee shops! The water tank is easy to access and easy to see when pouring water in. This is the first carafe I've ever had that truly does not drip after pouring. And when you interrupt brewing to pour a cup -- there is no drip. Overall, very impressive. There are 2 things that are not ideal. One is there is no temp control for the burner -- I like to not keep the coffee in the pot on the very hot setting, but since I don't use that feature often I can live with it. The second is the buttons to turn power on and then brew button need to be pressed firmly and I have to hold the coffee maker to make sure it doesn't move back.
