I really love coffee and dark coffee, this coffee maker definitely has the ability to make a good cup of coffee but it’s a lot of guesswork. I tried following the directions and I got a weak watered down coffee even after selecting rich brew. I added more grounds then directed and got a great dark cup of coffee but for some reason the amount of actual coffee I received is less than it should be. For example if I select a half carafe and add more grounds to get the dark coffee I want then I only receive about 1/4 of the carafe not 1/2. Not sue what I’m doing wrong but it doesn’t really bother me so it’s not a deal breaker but this is definitely not a set it and forget it coffee maker.

Bought this item for my partner's birthday and now I use it way more than him. It does everything and the build quality is amazing.

I've enjoyed the functionality of this coffee maker. It brews stronger than I would prefer, so I would suggest using slightly fewer scoops than the machine calls for. It is consistent in taste and putting my travel mug on it the night before and having it ready to go by the time I come downstairs is great.

My mom bought this as a replacement for an older coffee machine that finally quit working. She really loves this coffee maker and it's quite easy to use.

This is a great coffee maker if you like to make personal cups of coffee, travel mugs, or a pot for a group of people. Love the versatility and the coffee it produces.

I had previously been hooked on my Nespresso, which is an expensive habit, so I moved on to French press which was a pain to make and clean. This was my first legit coffee maker and it couldn't be easier to schedule a pot to run every morning, make a single cup, or an ice coffee. Auto water tank pulls as much water as it needs so you don't need to worry about it, just fill it up and let it go until more water is needed. And yes, coffee is also made well. My one personal recommendation is to buy filters instead of using the bundled reusable one...they're super cheap and it's one less thing to wash.

I bought this coffee machine for my daughter as Christmas present she’s been asking for it for a long time because her friend has one and she uses it everytime she visit her she loves iced coffee I love hot coffee it’s grest and the price is reasonable

This is extremely easy to use and maintain, and produces some great coffee. Has ample settings and options for just about every type of coffee drinker!

I love that I can make so many different kinds of coffees on this machine. Everything comes out tasting great and it's so easy to use. It is also very easy to clean.

I had Bunn coffee makers for years and thought they made a great cup of coffee. I must say that the Ninja makes an excellent one. I like that are no filters to buy and that the water tank isn't continually on like my Bunn was. The added features to make stronger brews for ice coffee and lattes is great, too.

This coffee maker has changed my perspective. I no longer make my coffee runs to cafes. I can brew amazing coffee right at my house every morning and save so much. I love this machine I have bought another one for my parents to have and they love it just as much. The coffee taste great. I specially love the delay brew setting, I set it every night and I have fresh coffee when I get out bed.

Gave this as a gift over the holidays and my friend won't stop raving about it - she loves that she can make so many different hot & cold coffee drinks from the convenience of her home. Doesn't take up as much room as a traditional espresso machine which is great.

It brews a great cup of coffee. I'd owned several Keurig's and was disappointed in their newer models and found the Ninja to be a perfect replacement.

Looks great in the kitchen. I don't know how they do it. But it makes the best java ever. Paid for itself in 2 months. No more Starbucks for this guy.
