I bought this because I have a Ninja blender that has been great. I was concerned that this would be difficult to operate, but the instructions are easy to follow and the machine is pretty easy to operate. It's like a Keurig: place your mug (or pot), put in your grounds, tap how you want to brew, and off it goes. I have noticed that using the provided mesh filter in conjunction with a paper filter does cause the water to back up in the grounds. Operates just fine now that I've stopped using the mesh filter!

This coffee maker is well worth the value. Setup is easy and the quality of coffee is great. The tools given to make specialty coffees is an added bonus and there are several youtube videos that also explain how to take advantage of all that this maker can do.

We actually bought this for my sister, and I'll tell you now, SHE LOVES IT!!! She went from an occasional Starbucks drinker, to now she makes her own drinks everyday now! Definitely worth it...

We were replacing our regular coffee maker and wants something that made great coffee, had lots of options, and would not dominate our counter space. This coffee maker so far has checked all these boxes. It makes great coffee and ice coffee. The only downside to be prepared for is that it is much slower than a pod coffee maker like Keurig. But, if you want a superior cup of coffee and are willing to wait a few minutes, this is a great purchase.

Brewed coffee for single cup, travel mug or carafe works very well but need a paper filter to keep silt off bottom of cup. Ice Coffee and Specialty drinks are outstanding and easy to create.

I love love love timthis coffee pot. While I typically use it to make full pots, we have since purchased the matching tall glasses to make ice coffee. My only suggestion is while we like the glass carafe I think we would have liked the stainless better. It could keep the pot warmer a bit longer too... But I love this more than I ever loved my Keurig!

Was never a fan of the pod style coffee makers because the flavor was never just right. This is your basic standard coffee maker with excellent features. Pros: Timer so your coffee can be made automatically as you're waking up. You can choose just how much coffee to be made, whether single cup or full carafe. Easy cleanup. Easy to use. No drip slide. Cons: It's pretty big.

Does everything the keurig will do plus more. No need to buy overpriced k-cups. And much easier to clean.

it makes coffee very well. very capable machine. only minor annoyance is that the pot does not have ounce or cup markers.

Makes a really good cup of coffee. Huge variety of what you can do also. Only negative is the carafe is a pain to clean.

This is perfect for single cups or a pot and the cold coffee option is a good thing for frap lovers.

We switched to the ninja instead of a Keurig. I love that with the ninja we have the option of doing a single serve or a pot. It is so much easier to use than our Keurig was and I no longer have to worry about if the inside of my coffee maker is gross I know that the ninja is way cleaner. The coffee comes out so strong that we are actually using less coffee grounds and saving money!

At first, all the options of what this machine could do was a little overwhelming, but after reading the instructions, I love the flexibility of this coffee maker!

This coffee maker is amazing. You can brew a cup or a pot without those expensive kuerig cups. You can also choose your strength of the coffee brewed! The frother is nice too!

There are so many options with this coffeemaker! classic, rich brew, over ice and specialty, it is impossible to brew a bad cup.
