This is by far the best coffee maker we have purchased. The locking mechanism for the water resovoir is nice as all you have to do is fill it up and then lock it into place. No more sloppy pours or tricks to get it in place. The coffee is great tasting as well. Go get one of these today!

Love this machine! I don't mess around with all the fancy coffee you can brew with it but it gets the job done well for me. Delayed brew is a life saver when I wake up late and need to get out of the house quicker. My only gripe is when you're brewing a single cup of coffee and it splashes because the drip tray is a little high above the mug.

This is not your Mama's coffee maker. It takes a little practice but, think of the delicious outcome. We have rekindled our love of coffee. It cost a little bit more than the line coffee makers. But, also takes less coffee. Great machine and speed it makes the coffee. Can say enough about this maker. Just try it, you won't be sorry.

The Ninja Coffee Bar is great for better tasting coffee. I really like that the Coffee Bar includes the frothy to make fancy coffee drinks. The coffee measuring cup is perfect for adding the perfect measurement to make your coffee. If you have any problem, just reread the instructions. All answers are there or call or go online.

We have been using the regual drip for years and kept having to use a strong brew or dark coffee to even get any taste. Well not anymore if you a put black silk on dark brew you will get a tar of coffee. It's beautiful. I like the med roasts in this machine because it brings out the flavor so well. Best machine I have ever owned.
