Overall great coffee making system. The glass carafe is entirely too thin (broke after having 1 week while cleaning it with a soft bottle brush) Replaced glass carafe with thermal carafe and extremely pleased!

I got this for my daughter-in-law. She really loves it!

Has multiple setting to produce different size coffe from 2.5 ounces to a whole coffee pot. Great for lattes, iced coffee. Easy to use, can use single cup, travel mug or pot.

I bought this on a wim but OMG You get the greatest cup of coffee and the iced coffee is delish

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it. He usually only makes one cup at a time. Easy to fill the water reserve and change the coffee filter. Easy to clean.

This thing screams quality. I love the look of it, the presentation while opening the box... but most importantly the COFFEE it makes. So So good.

Does a great job at making good coffee fast. Only down side is the water tank could be larger so it could make more than 1 full pot of coffee. Quality seems good and no issues yet (after 2 months)

We are all happy with this coffee maker. If I have one complaint it's that the hand froth maker accessory really doesn't do much. The various settings work great.

My old coffee maker died. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW ONE AND WHEN I SAW THIS ONE IT MET MY NEEDS. NOW IT MEETS MY EXPECTATIONS. IT IS A VERY NICE COFFEE MAKER.

This pot with it ability to deliver multiple size cups or a pot of coffee is awesome. I sometime like a cup of coffee and I prefer to determine the strength of that cup and the fix pods do not allow me that luxury. I feel it saves me coffee grounds by not wasting half a pot some days and.I have shared this with friends to answer the next question

The coffee maker works amazingly well while being easy to use also looks nice on my countertop and matches with all my other ninja appliances.

Perfect cup every time. Easy to use and easy to clean. Wish the pot had a wider opening to clean the pot easier though. Specialty coffee setting is great too.

I have had 4 Kurigs in 4 Years each one having to be replaced under warranty at least 1 time. Each time one was out of warranty and started acting up again I would purchase the newest best model. Each time I would do all of the maintenance and change filters as I was suppose to but in no time it would have problems. This Ninja although still new works so much better. It has much better size options and the scooper tells you how much coffee to use even gives you options there. We love it. I will never go back to Kurig. Plus I save a lot of money not buying Kurig cups.

Great product! Makes great coffee! It's similar to a traditional coffee maker with extra perks. Switched from keurig to this... I will never go back to k cups!

The coffee maker is great and easy to operate. The carafe is glass and yet it keeps the coffee hot. The only problem I have is that I wish it was bigger.

$160 for a coffee maker? I have been using the $20 maker for years and finally decided to treat myself. The coffee options are great and it taste better than my old unit. No more Biggbys.
