Makes an excellent cup of coffee with a choice of rich brew or classic brew. I use the rich brew. The water container is easy to refill. I rated it a 4 star because it does not have an automatic turn off. Sometimes I forget to manually turn it off (my other coffee maker turned off after 2 hours). I would also like to determine how many ounces I want in my cup. It is predetermined on this pot. Otherwise, I really like it.

Surprisingly pleased

But, I forgot how great a drip coffee maker could be. The coffee tastes better, we can have more coffee in the carafe, and the pieces can come apart for easy cleaning. What else can I ask for out of this product? I almost let a few bad reviews about leaks turn me away from this high quality product. LET ME ASSURE YOU, THIS PRODUCT WORKS JUST FINE!

This product has delivered in every way. It provides the flexibility to brew a wide variety of volumes - including single serving - as well as brew strengths. The milk frother is a separate piece of equipment, but easy to use and clean. I highly recommend the Ninja over the Keurig.
