I picked this up as a gift to "me" at Christmas. A month in and it works great and uses less coffee than my old Coffee pot. I would advise using a filter even though it says it has a permenant one so you don't get the grinds in your coffee. Well worth the sale price of $99.99

I do enjoy making coffee in the morning. What I don't like is I still have to put my coffee in the microwave for 5 minutes to make sure it is hot. They tell you to make it with warm water. But why do I have to warm the water before placing it in your machine? Isn't that your job, Ninja Coffee Maker??

I used at a friends house and loved it, it might be my coffee beans but the coffee is coming out with too much residue in the bottom of the carafe.

I purchased this coffee maker for a family member during Christmas. They love it. The only downfall is that the reusable coffee filter allows coffee grinds to fall in the drinkable coffee. This is easily fixed my using disposable coffee filters in the recommended size

I really like the coffee maker. It keeps the flavor of the coffee grains and remains hot so that you can enjoy your cup of Joe in the morning. The only issue I have is that the clean light has come on and will not go off. We have clean the device several times after the first week of use but it won't go off.

Seems to need to be run through the clean cyle alot. Using tap water...

This is by far the BEST coffee maker we've ever had. Same coffee,, same water and better flavor than anything we've used. Great adjustments for any type of coffee. Only real flaw is that it produces ALOT of steam when brewing and cannot be used under a kitchen cabinet.

I haven't totally decided about this product yet. It makes great coffee. However, the other drinks I have made could be made using any coffee maker without paying the higher price for this one.

this is a good coffee machine for the price althought after 2-3 years one of the buttons seemed stuck in a way where there was no easy fix. i looked it up and it was a common problem reported

great item the only thing that we don't like about it is that the coffee carafe doesn't make as much coffee like a 10 cup coffee maker does but we are big coffee drinkers i would highly recommend this ninja

I rarely give 5 Stars to anything i purchase so my 4 stars mean really good. Excellent coffee maker with neat features and included carafe works really quick! Last thing i gave 5 stars was my iphone 6 plus, when apple meeded bigger phones so yeah otherwise my 4 stars means this ninja is go! Get it!

Got this for my wife and we are really impressed. From a simple to go cup to a fancy hot or cold coffee drink. This has not disappointed. Customer service was excellent when I dropped and broke the water Reservoir on the first day. They quickly sent a new one.

Bought this for myself last year. This purchase was a gift for our daughter. She loves fancy flavored coffee too. She LOVES it. The ability to make so many different amounts is saving us all so much money in coffe the machines have paid for themselves.

This is the best coffee maker ever! I bought it because it makes ice coffee. It even comes with a steamer press and a recipe book. It has several settings for cup sizes and makes full pots. I'm very happy with our purchase, it was worth the money.

Purchased this to go with my Keurig. Keurig is more convenient if you want only one cup of coffee. However, this makes more sense for the two of us. Takes a little longer to brew than brewing one cup on the Keurig, however, I get more variety of coffees. Plus, it is cheaper than using k-cups.

This is a great machine that is built for flexibility. Want a cup of coffee? No problem, how about a travel mug or a half pot? Wait you made a half pot, but need a full pot and want rich flavor... This is the machine for you.

I love this coffee pot as I am a one cup coffee drinker but when I had company I was able to make a full pot or a half a pot without all the waste. I would highly recommend this coffee maker.

I really like the ability to adjust for a cup, tumbler, half or full carafe. We have been using this same maker for over a year and love it. we purchased this one for our son. Makes great coffee, the timer is easy and always works!

I love this coffee maker. The coffee brewed has amazing flavor. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I'm a little bummed that the frother isn't built in. I thought it was but this model it isn't. Otherwise the coffee is phenomenal! Especially the over ice setting!!

My wife and I love our new Ninja coffee maker. It's great for an individual cup or a carafr for multiple cups. I love that it can do a cup, traveler, half or full carafe. We also can't wait to try the ice coffee option.
