This product is very well intuned with all my needs. The timer, the cleaning, and the amount of needed coffee for the perfect time.

Has a number of timers and settings so your coffee is brewing before your feet hit the floor!!

My wife has been wanting this for awhile and she loves it! I'm an iced coffee kinda guy, and I have to say that it does a great job!

I wish I had been told about the frother. Also, I would like more control over to carafe heater - I like to make the travel mug amount in the carafe.

Very happy with the operation of this Ninja coffee maker, my only complaint would be that the pot is hard to keep clean due to the narrow neck

I love the fact that you can make a full or half pot, as well as, a cup at a time! Haven't tried some of the fancy features yet.

I had the keurig before I bought this. Let's just say I made a great decision! Comes with a recipe book to help you get started.

It works well, but leaves some sludge at the bottom of your mug. We've tried a few different brands of coffee (Folgers and Caribou) and got the same result.

The coffeemaker I received was great. The coffee was delicious. However the clock stopped working so I couldn’t set it up to have coffee waiting when I woke or preheat and a few other things. I called, no problem, they sent another one immediately. Mind you, another NOT a new one. The coffee was AWFUL!! Then the water wasn’t flowing through completely so if possible the coffee got worst! I called. The rep had me push the button that the reservoir sits on over and over until bunches of water cane out. It worked for a couple of days, only had awful coffee, and then once again it wasn’t emptying the reservoir. I don’t have the time to keep calling them. I finally did. It was past the warranty and they’d be nice enough to sell me another at s discount of only $160! Wow! I threw it away and like I said, will never buy their product again. I suggest the same. You never know when you’ll need service.

The only problem I would say is that if you do not follow the cleaning instructions exactly, the clean light does not go out.

Love the different size brewing options. Easy to operate. Only thing is i wish the opening on the carafe was bigger - makes it hard to clean.

I love this thing. The ground Starbucks coffee I buy tastes better than being at Starbucks. It makes an amazing espresso too.

Never been much of a coffee drinker but this has changed my life forever. Making coffee with this machine is extremely easy!

I have not had a chance to use all its features. I do wish it had an automatic turn-off when you lift the coffee holder. Everything else about it I like.

Perfect fit for my mother who enjoys her coffee in the morning. Saves a ton of Money and is like a Starbucks in her own home

We love the frother and the ability to brew as strong as we wish! A real step up from the usual morning coffee experience.

Absolutely love this machine. My only suggestion would be to still use a disposable filter in the filtration chamber. I would buy a again!

I do not see why this item is priced the way it is. It was ok. It it did not keep the coffee hot or even warm
