While this product works pretty well, it has some issues with the clean cycle not always clearing the clean light after several attempts.

Very good coffee machine. It takes some experimentation with the amount of grounds to put in as the recommended amounts were way too strong for me.

I absolutely love the coffee and ease of making coffee with this machine but I have to return. Two days after receipt the clean button came on. I had hoped it would go off but today it totally stopped working and it's only been 10 days. Such a shame I do love it but has to go back
