The "specialty drink" even with espresso beans does not taste even close to an espresso. I wanted a coffee maker with a timer and my husband wanted something to make a macchiato or latte but it is not good enough. Just tastes like a stronger, richer brew of regular coffee beans.

Would be great if it was not so complicated to setup for auto brew.

I had high hopes for this product. For the money, I expected a better coffee experience. Instead I got the same old burnt coffee. Save the money and buy a cheap coffee pot. Mine has overran all over the counter and floor 4 times already.

While is it nice to be able to make a specialty coffees at home, I feel as though the cons outweigh the pros for the cost of this coffee maker. Pros - you can select a variety of sizes that you would like to brew - reusable coffee filter - the brew over ice really makes the perfect iced coffee - the rich coffee option brews super rich coffee Cons - carafe is very hard to clean - the drip stop option is pointless, it drips old coffee into your new pot - if you forget to refill the water, it doesn't notify you. Once you realize your mistake and add more water, it doesn't continue to brew like a Kreuig Overall I feel like it's a fancy gadget to have in your kitchen, but I would not purchase again.

This is probably the worst coffee maker I've had! The coffee that came out of this machine was great but probably from 5-7days after first use it continually flashed "clean" after that it never mattered How I cleaned it, how often, or with what (vinegar, coffee maker cleaner etc) I would run a pot to clean them run 2more to rinse then generally I would only get about 1/2 pot of coffee, sometimes less. I used filtered water from my LG refrigerator then also ran the same water through a brita, so it's not like I was using tap water.

This coffee maker was great for a while. Then it started malfunctioning. The "clean" light would go on, and it would start to brew, then stop. No matter how many times we cleaned, it still would do this.

My coffee started to taste very bad a couple months after purchase. I bought cleaner and cleaned it multiple time, but the weird taste persisted. Never happened to me before.

Overpriced and I wouldn't recommend. It's very fast but the flavor of the coffee is altered and I can't get it right. Also the machine barely makes 4-5 cups.

Leaves silt in the bottom of the cup. Never finish my cup because of that. Latte is really good. Frother is good. Just the regular coffee is the problem but I plan to change the grind
