To complicated to use and really only makes enough coffee for 4 cups unless you use tea cups.

If you more than two people in your household this is not the coffee pot for you.

I don't taste any difference in coffee with this and the $30 Mr. Coffee.

This was a gift from the wife and I must say this coffee maker has scorched every cup made through it! I would recommend any coffee make but this one.

This thing was awesome for about three weeks. Then it all went downhill. After three months it because unusable because it thinks it needs to be cleaned and I’ve cleaned it two dozen times per the instructions. Don’t buy!

This machine is amazing!! I read the reviews before buying it and i have to admit I was a little scared but boy let me tell you, I love this machine!! I haven't had any issues with it and the drinks a delicious, from the carafe to the specialty drinks, amazing!!

I have owned many coffee makers over 40 years and never have I had to clean one so much to make it work, seems like it turns off every 4 to 5 weeks for a cleaning. GOING IN THE GARBAGE TODAY!

Was good until 1 month after 1yr warranty expired; doesn't brew full pot of coffee anymore unless you press the "brew" button 15 times to complete, will never buy this brand again

I love this machine. I've used Keurig coffee makers for 5 years, and thought it might be time for a change. After reading the reviews, I thought that it couldn't be that good, but decided to give it a try. We've only had it for 2 days and have used it a few times, and each time we live it more. It does take longer than a Keurig would, but the coffee is amazing!!

I purchased this item because the reviews were great and I like really hot coffee, like at MacDonald's. I am very disappointed because the coffee is not even as hot as a cheap Mr. Coffee.

This thing is a poece of junk. Have 2 other Ninja products that are top notch, but this is the worst coffe device I ever bought

By far...this has been the best coffee machine for our type of use. We were using a Hamilton Beach single cup coffee maker (which we loved using our own coffee grounds) and the Delonghi for weekend brew. This coffeemaker eliminated both machines. Has great versatility from single, travel, 1/2 pot to full pot. And...we consider ourselves coffee snobs since we returned from Italy and got hooked on really good coffee. Our french press is the best tasting coffee. However, this Ninja is pretty darn good tasting coffee. Benefits: removable water tank, use of filters or provided basket, size of cup offerings and programmable. Haven't tried the cold coffee choices and the free frother was just OK. No coffee maker is perfect..but this one is darn close!

We just bought the Ninja coffee bar a couple days ago and it makes the best regular coffee I have never made at home. It is well worth the money. I have brewed a pot of Starbucks blonde roast that tastes better at home then at Starbucks and I have made a perfect chocolate Frappuccino that tastes as good as the ones at Starbucks. I love my coffee bar

Makes GREAT coffee. Very smooth, no bitterness regardless of the amount of coffee brewed. Found that sightly less coffee using the enclosed measurement scoop makes even better coffee. Like the one cup "stand". Would like to have the "keep warm" function available in the one cup function.

I received this as a gift. At initial glance I thought there was no way I could make coffee with this machine. I was thrilled to find great instructions and a wonderful recipe book inside the box. The milk frother and be difficult to master, it took me multiple tries to get it right. I haven't tried making some of the more difficult drinks, but the ones I have made have been wonderful. My daughter tells me their are all kinds of recipes online too. I'm happy to say I'm finally kicking my Keurig and those awful k-cups to the curb!

This might not be a super fancy espresso machine, but it allows me to make good quality coffee for way cheaper than I would be able to buy it at a coffee shop! Not only does it make regular drip coffee, but you can make espresso, and other lattes. You should definitely get this if you love coffee as much as I do.

Quick and convenient, excellent coffee!! I love that I can control how much it will make (cup, thermos, half carafe, or full), and the variety of concentration options. I use the specialty setting for my lattes and no longer have a need for a separate espresso pod machine. I would absolutely recommend this!
