Love this product. What a difference from my old coffee maker!!!! The Thermal Flavor Extraction really does make all the difference in the taste of the coffee. This is what a cup of coffee is suppose to taste like. I was concerned because of the reviews saying that there was something wrong with it because it stops in the middle of making the coffee. If you didn't read the instructions, I could see where there would be concern that it was broken, but this hesitation is what the Thermal Flavor Extraction is all about...seeping and saturating the coffee grounds to get the full flavor of the grounds. I am so glad that my old coffee maker stopped working and I investigated which coffee maker was right for me. Can't wait for summer to try the iced coffee...that automatically decides how much coffee for a glass full of ice, so that you are getting the full flavor, not watered down.

I take way too much time reading reviews and such about most of my electronics purchases, and this was no different. I shopped around a year ago for a coffee machine...Kuerig, Nespresso, Ninja, etc...and wound up not purchasing any of them. Each had it's own benefits, but I didn't know for which I'd sacrifice the negatives. I finally bought a Ninja after my sister-in-law recommended it so highly. After having a couple cups from her machine, I caved in. It makes regular 'ol coffee taste great...almost as good as my french press. The biggest 3 reasons I bought it were the permanent filter, the ability to make a small cup - travel mug - half carafe - or full carafe, and also that it does the specialty coffee style. I admit that I have not yet tried that, but if it makes a Turtle Mocha half as good as Caribou, it'll be well worth it!

We replaced a keurig coffee maker with the ninja. So far we do no regret it at all! The coffee is a strong brew compared to our last coffee maker even on regular but we like it. Only thing I notice that we don't like is where the water measurement is, is where you put your hand to hold the water thing.

The Ninja Coffee Bar is simply awesome. It looks awesome on any countertop and is easy to use. The recipe book has tons of awesome drinks to make. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore because of the Ninja Coffee Bar.

This coffee bar is great, easy to use and brews the best coffee with a slow brew. It has to be one of the best coffee makers i have ever used. I highly recommend it to everybody!!!

Love that I can make one coffee of coffee easily, without needing to buying the wasteful K-Cups. The coffee tasted better and fresher than my french press.

It could be better but it does work. Somehow I thought it would grind coffee beans on board, but it doesn't. Easily they could have made a place on the unit to store the measuring scoop supplied with the unit. Its not super fast and the basket supplied does not like fine grounds at all, they go right through, so I use a filter which is ok just a pain to empty/clean after each cup. I usually make one cup at a time. would be nice if it stored coffee grounds and dispensed them per number of cups you are making. Just seems a little pricey not to have some extra features. Since I used my bb rewards points it made the price a little more bearable, if I paid full price I would return it.

I am very disappointed with this coffee maker. First it does not brew a HOT cup or pot of coffee. It is hotter that warm but not hot. Secondly, when set for a full pot and you have poured in a full pot of water you get a half a pot of brewed coffee, the same thing for a half pot, you get a quarter pot. Can't imagine how small a brew you would get for a cup brew. Once brewed, the warming plate does not keep the coffee at the temperature it was brewed. It really needs to have a thermal carafe instead of a glass carafe. The only good thing about it is it compactness. I don't have to pull the pot from under the counter to fill with water or coffee grounds.

This replaced our Keurig. We had already switched to a percolator for the taste and only utilized the keurig for the convenience factor. This replaced both. I love the different brew styles basically make all types of different coffees for my family from cappuccinos to iced coffee. Each cup is delicious to the last sip. The frothing container included with it is pretty cool too. My only complaint is all the plastic its made with. Besides that it seems pretty decent. We will see how it stands up to the test of time.

I have used coffee and espresso it the machine and they both turn out great. I like that you can have a cup or half or full carafe. When making a full pot if you get impatient there is a lever you can use to stop the drip so you can steal some coffee. It also has a reusable filter or you can put paper filters in it.

So, my husband got stuck on wanting a Kurig, and I have one for use at work, and I am not totally impressed with it, so I had to find something that could make a single cup if he wanted, but something better with more options and something I did not have to use those darn expensive K cups with. This was it, this is amazing, it brews hot, delicious flavorful coffee quickly, it is not messy, it is an easy pour, and it doesn't make a mess when my husband does have to man it! :) That alone is a plus. It keeps the coffee nice and hot for a long time as well, and if it happens to turn off the warming plate and I turn back on, it warms up nicely even after it has cooled off a bit. My only gripe with it is the carafe is hard to get clean on this inside because of how narrow the top is I can not get my hand in there to clean it well, but that is not a deal breaker, I just need to go buy a long handle sponge. I recommend this to anyone and everyone, I have not made any fancy stuff yet, well, I did froth milk with the frother once and that little thing is amazing as well, but I can not wait to try to make more things when I have the time and ingredients!

Best Coffee Maker I have ever owned! I have owned way too many coffee makers in my life and this one has the versatility to give me a single cup or a whole carafe depending on what I am in the mood for. I also love the Regular vs Rich brew option! Definitely made the right decision here!

Honestly, I should have listened to the reviews. The water holder on the coffee maker leaks and it gets into the machine. I had it for about a month and a half before it started making half pots when it was set to full pot, the warmer wouldn't stay on, just more problems than it's worth. That's why I assume the price is dropping dramatically. i bought mine for 179.99 & now its down to 129.99. Still not worth it. Very attractive coffee maker though, it looks great. I bought the Cuisinart 12 pot coffee maker to replace it and I couldn't be happier. It's honestly a better cup of coffee too.

This coffee maker is excellent. I also own a Kuerig but the Ninja coffee maker hands down makes better coffee. Its the best coffee I've tasted in a long time. Best purchased I've made in coffee makes.

I was very disappointed in this purchase. I had been wanting this coffee bar for MONTHS! I finally purchased it and could not wait to get it home. The first pot of water that I made removed all of the stain off of my cabinets. I have never had a coffee pot that had holes in the top to release the steam. I moved the coffee pot to a different part of the counter and set the coffee maker on delayed start. To my disappointment, it did not go off in the morning. It was also frustrating that a full carafe only makes 34 ozs of coffee! If I wanted a full pot of coffee I would want at least 10 cups of coffee. Needless to say, I was not impressed and returned the coffee bar.

I've had it for 9 months and I really love it. I use it almost every day and never had a problem.

The carafe is inconvenient to clean. I did receive this as a gift but would never have paid as much for this if I were purchasing it. You have to use a baby bottle cleaner to clean the carafe. The machine is supposed to know when to turn on the warming plate but you can't turn it on yourself. The water compartment leaks any time you leave water in there overnight. Yes I make sure it clicks into place but it still leaks. I would say that the person that designed the carafe has never washed dishes themselves in their lifetime.

I use to go to Starbucks twice a day....since I got the Ninja I haven't even thought about going!

Makes great cappacinno, works great and so glad I made this purchase.

Great coffee at a reasonable price per cup. Makes singles as well as by the pot.
