Easy to use and allows you the ability to set the strength, some days normal is good while others i like it stronger. I saw some people say it was noisy but i don't find it any worse then other coffee makers.

Didn't think it was going to be worth the hype.... Boy was I wrong. Very convenient single serve option... hot or cold. Not sure if it's just in my mind but the coffee tastes more flavorful as well.

I really love this coffee bar. I received it as a gift from my SO. I prefer iced coffee and specialty drinks which it is amazing at making. Makes a wonderful gift.

Bought as wedding gift for son and daughter in law. They love the coffee and are looking forward to trying out all the extra features such as espresso and iced coffee.

This device is pricey, but it makes excellent coffee. The brew is strong and it's super-easy to use; the only negative is cost of the unit.

Me and my wife bought the ninja thinking it was top notch but found out otherwise. We only had it a week and decided to take it back and get something else. Doesnt brew a full pot of coffe when set on full pot only half and when set on half only brews 1/4 pot of coffee.Doesn't keep coffee hot when done either warming plate doesn't work properly.Dont waste your money save it on buying diffrent coffee maker.

I wish i would have googled reviews in regards to issues associated with the NINJA Coffee Bar. Although the coffee produced is exceptional, the machine began not producing enough coffee ( for example, full carafe setting would only brew half carafe). I contacted the warranty department with Ninja, and they were convinced it was due to cleaning maintenance, even though I already cleaned the machine. They insisted on sending me this special solution that would be the fix. It took 5 business days to receive it and the cleaning did not work. I called them back to ask for my alternate options and they will be sending me a shipping label. The company has worked with me but the whole long process is annoying and time consuming. We are now having to press the machine 20+ times in order to get a full carafe. I did not have this problem with my cheap $25 coffee maker for over 5 years.

I love this. Itso easy to setup and ready for when you wake up. A bit pricey but worth it

Coffee tasted great for a few weeks. The clean cycle now is constantly on, I have used a bottle of descaling liquid and followed cleaning instructions provided. It does not brew the same just after a few weeks. I called Ninja and they said I would have to pay for a new motor and install it myself even though I was under warranty. Do not buy this unit or from Ninja, warranties are not real for them

I did a ton of research before I bought this product and thought I was getting the best out there, I was wrong. We switched from Bunn because they would eventually leak. At first this machine was awesome, you could make anything you wanted and did not have to go to the coffee house and spend the money, but it started to act up and not make full pots of coffee, I cleaned it and would work for a week or so until I needed to clean it again. So I just got used to having to make my coffee in two sessions rather than just one, which wasn't to terrible. But now you have to stand there and continue to push the brew button until you get a full pot. I have contacted the company and they say to clean it, unplug it and so on, nothing solved the problem. They even tried to blame the water we were using, it is purified water, that was not the problem. Plus my husband complained about how cold the coffee was, I did not have that problem but he like his coffee so hot it burns your mouth, so if you are that kind of person too you will not like this machine. So save your money and do not buy this product.

I have had my Ninja Coffee bar for a week, and I have made a travel cup of coffee to take to work the past 2 days. I set the delay brew to begin 15 minutes before I leave for work.. by the time I am walking out the door, my coffee is barely more than room temperature. Having to stop what I'm doing to pre-heat my travel mug sounds like a waste of using the delay brew feature... isn't the point of using the delay brew to be able to grab your HOT coffee and walk out the door? Yesterday I selected the rich brew setting, and today I selected the specialty brew setting. No difference.. luke warm coffee. I did use microwaved cream both days, to no avail. Once I took a sip and realized it wasn't hot, I then had to pour my prepared coffee into a microwave safe cup and re-heat it... The coffee had only been brewed for MAYBE 10 minutes. I had such high hopes for this nice and EXPENSIVE machine. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased this coffeemaker today after reading the reviews and I must say I either got a bad one, or these people have never had a good coffeemaker! You know that sound most coffeemakers make when the cycle is ending? Well, this Ninja makes it the entire time. The instruction booklet says 8 minutes to complete the process for a full carafe, well I'm telling you that in 8 minutes maybe an inch of coffee was in the carafe...and after about 15 minutes the timer beeped to let me know the process was finished...but only half the carafe had coffee! I have repackaged the product and will be returning it to the store in the morning. I'll stick to my $20.00 Mr. Coffee machine in the future.

I haven't had this very long and this coffee maker leaks all over the counter when using the delayed brew.There are numerous complaints about this dating back to over a year.I dont understand why the product is still on the market,people were sent replacement ones and still had the same issue.I have never had this issue with the cheaper coffee makers.This is absolutely terrible. Bought for the features, but is not worth it if you can're fill with water the night before. At least five days in a week go to turn on the coffeemaker in the morning and find water all over the counter.
