I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to run water 5 times (once with vinegar) to get rid of the "plastic taste in the coffee. Other than that I'm happy.

Did a lot of research on coffee makers before I chose this one. Really love it! And the price is great too!

This is a very nice coffee maker with lots of options. I like that I can make specialty coffees, iced coffee, and select the amount of coffee. The recipe book has lots of different ways to make those specialty coffees.It has a timer so a pot of coffee is ready when I get up in the morning. The milk foamer that comes with it works better than most I've tried to use. It seems that I can get flavorful coffee using a bit less coffee than my previous machine. The only complaint I have is that the thermal pot doesn't keep my coffee as hot as I would like. I wish I'd bought the glass carafe with the hot plate. This is an expensive coffee maker but I love my coffee and it makes a great cup of joe. I hope that it will last several years like my old Cuisinart which made it 9 years.

This is replacing a Keurig and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to make any style coffee I want without losing any potency. The Keurig only allows amount of beans while this allows for as many beans as you would want. If you are looking for a coffee maker that you won't regret, this is the one you are looking for.

I love that you can pre set it to have your coffee ready in the morning while your getting ready for work.

I thought the Kuerig was the best thing since sliced bread. I was wrong it's the Ninja. Awesome product!!

This coffee maker is amazing. Makes the best cup of coffee. Bought first the newest Keurig model and had to return it due to coffee being too weak and tasteless. Now this Ninja coffee brewer is awesome, even in the classic setting will give you a full strong flavor. Had mine over 2 months already and love it!

Keeps coffee hot, I wish the carafe was bigger but so far so good.

Great product simple to use and nice on counter top not to big

I love the opportunity to brew my coffee in multiple different ways and for many different styles.

I like this unit very much though I haven’t tried the specialty side of it, just straight coffee. I like the vacuum sealed carafe (no burner plate so no extra electricity) but wife doesn’t like the fact that it’s stainless. She prefers glass. I don’t mind. It brews the coffee very fast and it’s hot and strong, the way I like it. I like the water reservoir since I don’t have to keep an eye on the level to make my serving size when loading. Drawback to that is that it is not consistent on the delivery. I use the travel mug setting (should be 14oz) on my 16oz mug and sometimes it’s an inch and a half below full and other times it’s right at the brim. We drink about four pounds of coffee a month and it already requested a cleaning. Note that although the instructions say cleaning can take up to an hour, we were done in less than 10 minutes. Overall satisfied and the milk frother is fast and easy to clean compared to the one on our expresó machine.

Must say this is the best coffee machine option available.

Makes a nice rich tasting coffee. Just wish that the carafe would keep the coffee hot for longer time. Starts to cool after 15 minutes.

My wife, whom this was purchased for, says this is the greatest product she has ever known!

It's a very nice coffee maker. Easy to clean and makes great coffee.

I was nervous at first to start because I thought it was going to be difficult. It sat on my counter a couple weeks because I thought it would require my undivided attention. It was so easy to work and I absolutely love making my specialty coffee each morning and iced coffee in the afternoon.

I was skeptical, but decided to make the purchase, I am very happy I did. It makes a great cup of coffee as well as a pot of coffee. It also allows me to make latte's and a lot of other variations very easily. I actually have given up my old Krupp's espresso maker!!!

This coffee pot has done everything we want. Single cup and travel mug sizes work great. The coffee brews hot, but because of this it billows out a lot of steam from the top. If you are used to keeping this under your cabinets, buyer beware it points a lot of moisture under there. If you like a nice strong brew this coffee pot is for you.

We love the Ninja! We have made so many drinks that we need to buy stock in the caramel syrup company!

I have had it for about a month and have only used the hot coffee setting. It works out perfectly in terms of the brew and heat.
