One of the best purchases I've made! Took keurig back and got this and love it!

Overall we love this machine. After using it for a bit there are a just a few minor things I would love the manufacturer to consider before releasing their next version! There is lots of splatter when using the cup or travel method. Being the cup isnt as close to the basket bottom as the urn is. I use a funnel in place to avoid all the splatter. I make many one cuppers through out the day. The top of the machine gets super hot so do not touch while brewing or immediately after, ouch. The only other request would be for the base to be heated however the coffee is usually gone long before it gets cold. Other than that we absolutely love this machine. The kids make a quick travel mug on the way out the door before school. They love making their own coffees!

this Ninja coffee maker is very good. It allows you to make one perfect cup of coffee, one half a pot or a full pot. many options including ice coffee and other types. I like the pot because it is not hot on the outside to touch.

I love this machine. It is easy to use and brews fast. Whether you want one cup or a whole carafe it's easy to switch between either. The only thing I would wish for would be a larger size carafe. But since it's so fast I just brew two!

Love this machine! Once I started using the "Rich Brew" function, I haven't stopped! Makes a delicious tasting coffee. Only issue is that it seems like it needs cleaned a lot, but that's a minor inconvenience

I love that I can brew a full or half carafe in a classic or rich brew. I haven't experimented much with the single serve specialty drinks but also love the fact I can brew a single or travel size cup of coffee.

Use this nearly every day and it makes great coffee. Occasionally I use the timer feature. The only complaint is the cleaning cycle is a pain. Not as intuitive as other product but not a dealbreaker.
