Love this coffeemaker

There are a few people that seem to have complaints about it, but my experience so far has been good. I researched the product line, and chose this one due to the thermal carafe (no warning plate to burn the pot), and the multiple brew options were what we were looking for (all done with the pod trend), as well as the frother (which works very well, I purchased a second one for work). This machine makes a good coffee, and the cafe style latte is close enough to never need to pay cafe prices again. IMO.

One Subtle Ninja

Features like holding water tank allows you to make coffee very quickly and naturally chlorine taste free. Different size selectors for amount keeps you from making too much. The carafe is not sealed, but is stainless steel and keeps the coffee hot for hours without the burnt taste from continuous heating. It has been a nice addition to our office and has helped us get away from the wasteful and expensive Keurig unit.
