Wanted this coffee machine when I saw it on tv. But it takes a lot of practice to get use to. Still trying to make a perfect cup of coffee. I guess with time it can be a great coffee machine.

Little disappointed with this item. The insulated carafe does not hold the temp as long as my last brewer.The cleaning feature does not always work as instructed. A lot of money for a less than stellar item.

There is no warming plate and steel carafe does not keep coffee hot. Initial brewing is fine so I would consider this more a single cup brewer.

If you want a regular coffee machine, this is not worth the price. You should only buy this is if you are planning to use it to make the wide range of drinks it is capable of.

I really like ninja products and that's the reason I purchased this one. Unfortunately, bottom part does not have a warmer and coffee is not hot!

The timer feature programs easy . The stainless carafe is nice pours great. The single cup features is hard to tell when it is done so it can drip a mess.

Maker overall but I’m not sure it’s worth the money. Constantly has you clean it and it’s a super long cleaning process.

Made fair coffee. Had no warming plate and stainless steel carafe just did help flavor of coffee. Returned it.

Definitely not worth the $199 price tag for just one coffee drinker in the household.

I wasnt that impressed with this product. The coffee always had metal taste, so I had to return.

I have had it for 2 months. The clean light came on so I ran a clean cycle. It didn’t work so I ran the enhanced clean cycle. It didn’t work. It doesn’t brew all the water in the resavor. Coffee is gritty. The carafe is awesome tho

I bought this for my wife as a birthday gift. I originally wanted a coffee maker that could do K-Cups, but this one also does Iced coffee, which she loves. The four sizes is super useful, just be careful how much grinds you put in. It's worked great for 3 months so far, will update if anything changes. Also, the carafe is great for making a bunch of iced coffee and storing in the fridge. Looks great with all of our stainless steel appliances. Would purchase again.

It was wrong decision to me to buy this coffee machine, because I could buy cheaper coffee machine for the purpose I need a coffee matchine..

Had this for about 5 months and it was nothing special. My old $20 coffee maker was just as good. I had replaced my Keurig machine with this and I regretted it everyday since. I had to run a clean cycle every two months or so and the final straw was last week when the "orange" light for the clean cycle never went away even after 2 cleaning/6 flush cycles. For this reason, it went out with the gaAHbage.

Second time buying their systems and continuing to be disappointed with product. Wouldn't reset or clean. Or stopped half way through. Research shows they know it and I guess they don't care. 3 months in and it a bottom shelter replaced by 20$ Mr. Coffee and couldn't be happier.

Does not keep coffee hot and it seems like the coffee is not strong. It is diluted
