Excellent product because it makes excellent hot coffee. Also, has easily operated controls to make the amount (one cup to a full carafe) and strength of coffee desired. Carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. Happy with my purchase.

Bought a second one for my brother in law since I liked it so much.

I loved everything about this coffee maker except for the fact that you can't turn it off - but I guess you need it to stay on to have a timer (Delayed Brew). I wish the permanent filter had a better way to discard the coffee grounds in the trash. Also, It's not that much work using the milk/creme frother. Since it's just me, I exchanged it for the Single-Sever version and LOVE IT!!! But for a couple or a family, this model is where it's at!!!

No matter cup or carafe size it works great. Also just water for a cup of tea

So far I have used this for about a week and I love the fact that the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for over an hour. You can select multiple sizes and different brew strengths as well and comes with a recipe book of which I have tried a few and are excellent. The only downside is the size of the thermal carafe as it only holds 10 cups of coffee.

This coffee maker works really well. Carafe keeps coffee hot. The Latte and cappuccino maker is a plus.

Just received this unit and made my first pot. Coffee tastes very good and is hot. So off to a good start. I am replacing a 9 year old Capresso unit which is still working fine but at that age I know it’s likely to go anytime! I am reading the concerns about the Clean light coming on these Ninjas and it sounds like a real potential issue. I am hoping that since I always use filtered water I will reduce my chance of this type of problem. Time will tell. The more general concern is that appliances are not lasting like they used to. We are seeing lots of bells and whistles (features) but skimping on the actual construction of the unit. For example - the old Capresso coffee makers used stainless steel heating elements which are a big factor in longevity. But even the most recent capresso units which are now made in China have nowhere near the quality of the older units made in Portugal. Oh well...

The Ninja Coffee maker was recommended by my daughter in law. It is very easy to use and makes excellent coffee. You can select between regular brew or bold brew, a full carafe , half carafe, single cup or cold brew coffee.

Bought this machine thinking it was a ten or twelve cup pot but when making the first pot it would only hold 8 cups on water! Even on the box it didn't specify how many cups the pot was supposed to be. Maybe good for a single person, but for my wife and I we needed a coffee pot that made 12 cups at a time. Returned it for a refund. I would recommend this for a friend that would only be making coffee for him or herself... Coffee was nice and hot which we like so in that reguard I gave it a 3 star rating, but if it would have been a twelve cup maker and had specified that on the box it would have been a 5 star keeper...

Much better than i expected Makes Great Coffee easily
