Worst Coffee Maker I Ever Purchased
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this because I have had great experiences with my other Ninja products. However, this was a huge mistake. It makes the worst tasting coffee ever, tasting burnt no matter what brand/type used. Additionally, the unit would often not process the water properly, leaving water in the reservoir and half-made coffee. Unit is such garbage I literally put it in the garbage out of disgust.

Nice, complicated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a bit of a coffee snob, but when using this coffee it was nearly impossible to make coffee that didn’t taste bitter. After some research, I did find that it actually brews the coffee too hot, which over extracts the bean, causing a bitter taste. Using less coffee and using the rich brew option helped, but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Works great
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon receiving this coffee maker I took it out of the box. It was easy to set up as there is nothing to assemble. Simply unwrap it and plug it in. It has a reservoir that you detach to fill with water. It holds enough for 2-3 cups before needing to be refilled. You can use the carafe or a mug without having the warmer activate. It needs to be preheated before use which I found odd. Setting the time and delay are pretty straight forward. It comes with it's own wire filter, so no need to purchase any. Especially paper. The coffee is good on any setting. This coffee maker is worth the price and good addition to any home.

Whole New Experience w/ Home Brewed Coffee
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm generally a skeptic when it comes to things like expensive coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my Ninja Coffee Brewer arrived. Not only is it of much better quality than your average $50 coffee pot, it looks very high tech. Every piece of the brewer is built with a function and out of high quality materials. Nothing feels cheap at all. The coffee brewed has an instantly noticeable difference than that from your average coffee pot. The aroma and flavors are more full and come through with every sip. The coffee isn't better at all. Just solid and bold. There are several settings which come in very handy. You can fill the water reservoir and then brew a full carafe, half, or a single cup. This is very nice if you only want a couple of cups. Since I use mine at work, it saves some trips to the sink. There is also a feature to simply keep the pot warm rather than continuing to brew more coffee. This is helpful if you're taking a while to drink your coffee. This unit also comes with a reusable filter which I appreciate. Another helpful feature is a flip down stand that you can sit a single cup of coffee. This prevents the coffee from splattering since it is elevated. In conclusion, I'm extremely pleased with my Ninja Coffee Brewer. I'm actually going to start exploring some more premium coffees now that I can actually taste the difference in coffee beans unlike with my previous brewers. Pros: -Flavor -Strength selector -Build Quality -Features Cons: -Is a bit taller than your average pot

Coffee grinds in cup always.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coffee grinds fall in cup no matter how carefull you put them in. Good for hot water only. Ex. . Tea bags. I returned. Nija single cup bar is the best. Full control of how coffee is made. Will never deviate again.

Not your Mother’s Coffee Pot!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We all have our daily habits & things that we just can't do without & for me that was my morning cup of coffee. The day just didn't start right without it. So, for that reason I was really hesitant to give up my old trusty brewer & use the Ninja. Well I'm here to tell you I'm now so glad I made the switch. The Ninja was extremely easy to set up out of the box, it's design so simple yet so smart. There's 3 different brew settings along with option of making your coffee in the traditional pot or now your travel mug. Just drop down the travel mug holder, sit you mug in place, press brew & ta da, you’re ready to go. My first pot of coffee was made on the half pot setting with classic brew and I used the coffee scoop that came with the Ninja. I added the same amount of scoops as I normally did with my other brewer. The first pot was so strong I had to put extra creamer in to compensate. By the second pot, I learned…I added less coffee for the half pot setting with classic brew and it came out perfect! I get a perfect cup of coffee every morning now. So simple, so smart, & it even gives the kitchen counter a touch of style with it's sleek looks. Ninja, I think we’re going to be together a very long time!

Fantastic coffee without the pods!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used an early model “coffee pod” brewing machine for about three years now and switching back to a “classic” coffee maker has been a pleasant experience. I have greatly missed the variety of coffee that isn’t available in the pods and the ability to adjust your level of strength. The amount of trash generated by “coffee” pods has bothered me for a while so going with a permanent filter and no plastic cups has been a relief. The Ninja Coffee Brewer, model CF021, gives you the versatility of a quality brewing system but with way more! You can choose your strength (which is totally spot on), your amount, the option to use a hot plate or even just brew straight into the cup, as well as an iced coffee option. I LOVE the convenient drop down platform for your coffee cup for those mornings when a carafe is too much. The last two coffee makers I’ve owned have not had a programmable brewing time option so having this feature on the Ninja has added convenience to my morning. I would highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a quality update on a classic machine with some added bonuses.

Awesome Coffee Maker!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love a great cup of coffee, and was skeptical that this would be significantly better than the drip coffee makers I've owned previously. After using this for a couple of weeks, I can say that hands down this is the best coffee maker that I've ever owned. My wife and I love the flavor that this machine brews and it can really create a strong, flavorful cup of coffee. We love the convenient features of being able to simply brew a single cup, or a travel mug, but typically we'll brew a half or full size carafe. The permanent filter is a nice touch. No more paper filters to deal with! The machine keeps the coffee warm for about 2 hours before shutting off, but adjusts the temperature based on the amount left in the carafe, in an effort to prevent the coffee from burning. This is a nice touch, and keeps the coffee fresher while it's on. Overall, this is a great coffee maker, and my only regret is not getting one of these sooner!

Good coffee
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great coffee maker with lots of features. Clock w/timer, 4 sizes, classic, rich, or over ice. Also removable reservoir, clean cycle, permanent filter (but you can substitute paper filters), and works with regular coffee (no cup style required). Reasonable price too.

Goodbye Plastic Coffee "Pods"!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the versatility of this brewer compared to a traditional coffee maker or a k-cup machine. I can make a single cup of hot coffee, brew enough for multiple cups with the carafe, or even make some iced coffee. What I love the most about the Ninja brewer is simple: no more wasteful plastic k-cups. Ninja includes a reusable filter free of charge, so just empty out the old coffee grounds, rinse it out, and you're good to go. The machine is extremely easy to use and clean (there's even a dedicated button for the cleaning mode). It's also quite compact compared to other coffee makers, so it doesn't take up too much space on our countertop. Ninja also includes a nice little double-ended coffee scoop to help you measure the amount of grounds needed from just one cup of coffee to fill the carafe.

Sleek design. Even brews tea.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the sleek design. Simple to use. Looks great on the counter. We even were able to brew tea in it. Only thing we noticed is the carafe takes a long time to dry. Super easy to use. Would get these for any coffee or tea drinker.

Easy to use and makes decent coffee
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like I can make 2 different single size coffee cups OR a half carafe or a full carafe. I haven't tried it yet but it also can make iced coffee. It comes with a reusable filter so nothing to buy but the coffee!

Works well and looks good!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not a coffee drinker. Got this because we often have people over asking for coffee. I wanted an easy to use, high quality and good looking machine that would not take up too much counter space. I have other Ninja products so I thought I'd give this one a try. Honestly I got more than I expected and I can use it to make tea as well, even just a single cup if that's all I need.

A Perfect Cup
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I am quite pleased with this unit. I have had many single serve and carafe coffee makers in the past and this one seems to fit my needs perfectly. I was a bit turned off initially when unpacking since it seemed like it had a lot of extra thing-a-ma-bobs in the packaging but all serve a use and don’t take too much effort to figure out. Included in the box are the unit, a carafe, a permanent filter, water reservoir, coffee scoop (for proper measuring) and lots of protective plastic and cardboard. Assembly is simple to figure out, after cleaning the unit I tried to make my first pot and hit a quick snag. Being the typical “I don’t need no stinkin’ documentation” kind of guy that I am, I couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t allow me to brew a pot of coffee when I pushed the buttons and it indicated it was warm enough. Turns out there is a small tab on the drip area which blocks any excess drip into the pot, you must turn that switch off… it is in the documentation but easy to miss since it is small and not too obvious. The coffee brewer can brew four sizes of coffee in cup, travel mug, half carafe or full carafe. In addition, it can brew classic strength, rich brew or iced coffee. The measuring spoon ensures perfect coffee each time. I was extremely surprised with my first cup as it brewed a much better coffee than my previous brewer. Iced coffee came out perfect and a half carafe is perfect for two people going to work. There is a delayed brew feature as well that is pretty simply to use if you want your pot ready the next morning (just make sure that annoying drip tab is set to “open”). Overall, I think this brewer is a great buy. It looks good, makes great coffee with many choices (since it uses grounds) and lets you make many serving sizes.

My new favorite!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So many things to say here: -this coffee maker looks like a piece of art on my counter. Love the aesthetics - it’s fast to brew - love the reservoir The coffee it brews is strong if you follow the directions, I cut back on the amount of coffee used to tame the strength.

Awesome product
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the Ninja Coffee brewer for a few weeks now. This brewer is capable of both single-serves and larger servings of coffee. Additionally, this brewer is capable of automatically brewing at a certain set time. This brewer exceeded my expectations! It is capable of making single servings or larger servings, it has different brew sizes! I'm pretty sure I've used almost all of them already! This is a totally useful feature. The machine is large enough that we can brew directly into our large travel mugs, something that many other brands are too short for. And if you're using an average size coffee cup, simply flip out the stand so it fits more snugly near to the top of the machine! In addition to the sizes, we can customize how we would like our brew to come out! There's the "classic brew" that I use for just my average cups of coffee. There's the "rich brew" for those who enjoy a more rich, flavorful cup. There's the "Over Ice Brew", which is also a little more concentrated so that the ice doesn't dilute the flavor. Other brands could never offer the customization abilities that I've found in the Ninja Coffee Bar. Overall, the taste out of the brewer is definitely extra awesome. Easy to clean and wipe with Very simple parts. I would recommend this to my friends.

Ninja status
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been stuck with my percilator for quite some time know then my ninja came along. I have a few ninja products and have been impressed so far, this adds to the pot and we love it. Followed the initial instructions and fired up a pot of cold brew, best feature for me so far. I really dig the clean feature as well. My wife loved the fact that the scooper tells you how much grounds to use, I just add coffee. The options for the amount of coffee you would like to brew is a great also. Has all the basic options as most brewers as well. Timer, clock, keep warm etc. Not super loud and decent to look at. Have brewed cups, pots, to go mugs and ran it about 15 times or so with no complaints or issues. Get your ninja status and buy one today.

Amazing coffee machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Ninja Coffee Brewer is great for making single cups for myself in the morning, or the other size servings depending on my needs and I don't have to measure out how much water I need anymore. I love the option for the richer brew.

Gr8 for one person
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just brewed my first cup of coffee. Have some Kirkland (Costco) Columbian ground coffee on hand. Set machine to CLASSIC BREW b/c this was my first try. Ended up pouring some almond milk into the cup as it turned out a bit strong for my tastes. Will cut back to a little over two scoops of coffee next time. Not much into ice coffee but I might try it when the weather is hot. Not interested in syrups, extracts, whipped cream or cinnamon, etc. so will leave that for guests. Machine didn't take up that much space in my condo kitchen which was a mild surprise. Looking forward to saving $ by brewing @ home. AND no K-Cups to buy. Problem with those is that U have to stock different brands, depending on whether U like UR coffee black or need cream. Adjustable brewing FTW any day !!!
