It’s pretty great and the ice cream is as good if not better than any store bought ice cream you can buy. That’s provided you are able to create the flavor you desire, or if a flavor listed in the manual is what you are wanting.. then as long as you are able to successfully follow the instructions.. you should be very pleased with the result. Anyways, many ppl review this product after the first impression which is usually at a point when they’re meticulously following instructions and being overly careful to do it all right. My experience with ninja products is that it’s best to familiarize yourself with them by slowly and carefully following instructions so that the initial results are consistent with what the instruction manual says they will be. After gaining a basic understanding of one of their products, you should usually be able to begin using them in a way that will vary from person to person so long as you aren’t pushing the limits of what any method of food processing/cooking/preparing would be capable of. By that I mean, you can usually utilize ninja products to create something outside of anything listed in the instructions (recipe wise). That’s still true with the ninja creami deluxe. I used to love blue bell’s strawberry cheesecake ice cream as well as a Kroger brand light ice cream southern butter pecan, but sadly I do not remember the last time I saw a gallon of strawberry cheesecake and it seems Kroger has discontinued either a couple flavors from their light ice cream line or just the one I liked because I have not been able to find it for over a year and struggled to find it for even longer than that. I purchased this ninja creami deluxe because we own quite a few ninja products.. each has been a game changer and great investment. This one is no different. The reason I have given it 4 stars when there’s so much hype over it, and I can see why as I’ve been and to create light versions of southern butter pecan AND strawberry cheesecake nearly identical to the originals.. is because there is one aspect of using this machine I’ve noticed could be an issue for many.. You basically have to reprocess your leftovers or pints every time they go back into the freezer. When you buy ice cream from the store.. you can scoop a serving size you want, put the container back into the freezer, and feel confident it will be consistently fresh each time you return for more. Outside of issues like freezer burn or problems that affect any kind of food that goes in a freezer, your ice cream is almost always guaranteed to be very close to the way you left it the last time you had some. That’s not the case with this. Yes once you freeze it and process it, you will usually find results you’re very pleased with (again.. provided you understand the machine), but unless you eat the entire pint in a sitting, you will be storing your leftovers in the freezer. The next time you go for your pint, it will be frozen hard as brick and once again require processing. The fact that you need to reprocess.. makes it a fact that left overs should be left in the pint that came with the machine so you can reprocess. This can make trying to prepare when you think you will want a certain flavor ready somewhat difficult. Unless you have a ridiculous amount of freezer space (we have two decently sized freezers) and are willing to purchase additional ninja pints (I bought just two more), you will likely run into the issue of being unable to have fresh ice cream in the amount you want at the time you want. In other words, if you’re eyeballing this thinking you’ll be and to make a couple of gallons of your ideal flavors with it to go for anytime you’re craving ice cream, that’s not going to be the case IF you’re planning to process and store in a container of your choosing or anything like what store bought ice cream comes in. You will need to likely leave it in a ninja pint to be reprocessed every time you go for it. That’s been my experience at least with very little exceptions as there has been A flavor that kept well and didn’t harden too much after being stored in the freezer in one of our storage containers. So long as that isn’t an issue.. then you’ll likely be very pleased with this product. Especially if you’re interested in lighter options.

This was a purchase for my daughter. The simplicity of ordering online, getting the best price and having it mailed directly to her was a win-win! She couldn’t be happier with the product and already enjoying homemade recipes!

So yes, the Ninja Creami makes delicious ice cream. But beyond that it is fun and super convenient. I can make a double batch of smoothie and freeze half. Later I use the Creami to turn that smoothie into a frozen treat. My favorite ice cream is made from an old fashioned cooked custard base. I make a big batch, pour it into Creami containers and freeze. Whenever I want ice cream, all I have to do is grab one of those containers from the freezer and in just a few minutes I have fresh homemade ice cream. A couple of tips I learned - you will probably need to add more liquid and then respin. Many people buy more of the Creami containers so they can have a variety or just plenty of their favorite frozen concoction frozen and ready to use.

I was really skeptical of what this thing actually did. It doesnt make "real" ice cream, but it does turn any ice cream you want into a soft serve DQ blizzard kinda thing. You can also feeeze a biklion different things and make smoothies and such. Freezing hot chocolate is probably the best thing I've ever had. If you're not sure about it, get it and try it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Very fun to use! I love coming up with different recipes for this machine. It can be loud but that is to be expected from a mixer so I don't suggest making some ice cream in the middle of the night, lol. I have not had any issues with my creami, I absolutely love it.

We love our ninja creami! We still need to purchase a couple extra pints, because we want to try everything this machine can do! The ice cream is a perfect scoopable texture, and it’s fun to add in candy pieces. Definitely worth the difficulty of getting (it’s often sold out). All parts of the machine are super easy to clean in-between uses. The only downside we’d say is having to wait 24 hours for your base to be ready to put through the machine, but having a few additional pints would help a lot with that. We watched some videos on YouTube to learn a bit more about it before we used it first. Must have!

This is perfect, you can do so many different options of ice cream, gelato, and many more. Although it is a bit noisy when using it, it is definitely worth it to have!

First item we tried so we returned it and picked up a replacement which works great. We love being able to experiment and make many flavors of ice cream using all natural ingredients.

The Ninja Creami is game changing. What an awesome appliance to make your own ice cream treats at home, so easy to use, just combine the ingredients, freeze for 24 hours and then the machine takes care of the rest in 5 minutes or less and you have real ice cream with real ingredients and the taste and texture rivals any ice cream you buy at the store. The machine is so straightforward and easy to use and easy to clean. Two Creami pints come in the box, but I highly suggest you buy extra Creami pints, you’ll be happy you did. I have not found any downside to this model at all.

Runs like a jet engine, but makes amazing sorbets! Still need to experiment for other dessert ideas but this has given us so many opportunities to make milkshakes, ice cream flavors that we truly want and all with very simple steps! The only thing I dislike is having to wait for my crushed fruits to freeze before using the Creami to make the sorbets, but this has been an amazing purchase so far!

Its 10pm on a Tuesday night. You are craving dairy queen but realize you’ve missed the window for a sweet creamy treat. Then you realize…. I have a Creami. You pray to the gods that you remembered to prep a frozen treat the night before…. You did! You rejoice as you load up your soon to be velvety cold treat. As the ninja chainsaw revs up like the sound of a jet engine you prepare the mix ins and toppings. You’ve awoken the entire house, but that doesn’t matter. You have a Creami (tm) treat. 10/10.

Only giving it 5 stars because there’s not 10. Greatest milkshake, ice cream, DQ Blizzard style making machine I’ve ever had. My son is a milkshake connoisseur. We’ve bought expensive machines, industrial machines and everything in between and the Ninja is by far the best machine we’ve ever had. My wife is a DQ Blizzard lover and the Ninja makes better mixes than you can get at DQ. Great machine and we’ve just got started using it. So easy and so many different abilities.
