Great when it works
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the ice-cream is too frozen it will drop the mixer blade in the dessert and you have to fish it out. Usually when it does this the outter cup gets stuck.

Posted .Hi there, thank you for your review and feedback on the Ninja CREAMi. We're disappointed to hear that the blade assembly is dropping into the frozen dessert and that the outer bowl becomes stuck during processing. This is not the experience we want for our customers.
We'd like to provide product support by troubleshooting this issue with you to help determine what may be contributing to the blade disengaging and to ensure the unit is operating as intended. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-365-0135, and one of our product specialists will be happy to walk through troubleshooting steps and explore available solutions with you.
Kind regards,
